How Tori Spelling's Face Has Transformed Over The Years, According To Our Plastic Surgeon

Audiences fell in love with Tori Spelling during her 10 years of playing Donna Martin on "Beverly Hills, 90210," and she stole their hearts once again when she was cast on Season 33 of "Dancing with the Stars" in 2024. Through all of this, many couldn't help but notice Tori Spelling's complete transformation, particularly in her face. So, we asked double-board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Samuel Golpanian what he thinks the actor has had done over the years.

What the Beverly Hills-based expert immediately notices is Spelling's nose. "I definitely think she's had a rhinoplasty — you can see that she's had some tip work done," he exclusively tells us. Her facial fillers are also evident to him. "In addition, it seems she's had lip fillers over the years and likely a fair amount of cheek filler or malar augmentation," Dr. Golpanian adds. Does he think these were needed, though? "That may not have been necessary, because ... she already had a naturally prominent malar eminence, or cheek area," he says regarding fillers. Spelling is undoubtedly one of the celebs who looks totally different without fillers, and interestingly, hers might have moved over time, according to Dr. Golpanian.

Our plastic surgeon thinks Tori Spelling's procedures go past the face

In our exclusive chat, Dr. Samuel Golpanian provides context as to how the work Tori Spelling's potentially already had done has migrated over the years. "It appears she continued to inject filler over the years. While the body does absorb most of it, a certain percentage of filler stays in the tissue and can accumulate over time," the plastic surgeon tells Glam. "When that happens, the tissue planes — which are your natural anatomical structures — can become distorted. This can pose challenges in the future especially if the patient seeks surgical facial rejuvenation like a facelift." Dr. Golpanian explains that a key issue lies in the surgeon not being able to clearly tell where the natural anatomy begins and ends — i.e. what's natural and what's filler. She wouldn't necessarily have to go under the knife to achieve a facelift effect, though, as there are sure-fire tips for applying lift tape to your face.

Moving away from her facial structure, Dr. Golpanian takes note of Spelling's abdomen. "It also looks like she may have had a tummy tuck. You can tell from the very flat abdominal contour, but more specifically, you can see it in the shape of the umbilicus (belly button)," he explains. "It looks almost artificial ... and the dark outline suggests the presence of a scar, which is often associated with a tummy tuck."

Tori Spelling has been transparent about going under the knife

Tori Spelling has been transparent about some cosmetic surgeries that she's had done over the years, including some procedures she's had done more than once. In fact, she joked during a June 2024 episode of her podcast, "MissCommenTORI," about getting her first breast augmentation at 19. "Did I get my boobs done in the back of a van down by the river?' Which version of them? I just got them done again, you guys! I think these aren't the ones either. Third time will be the charm," she cheekily remarked, revealing that she had gotten them done again to reverse the botched first versions.

While not explicitly plastic surgery, Spelling has also been transparent about getting veneers. The process of getting her new teeth was documented in a July 2024 Instagram video in which she opened up about how insecure she was about her teeth previously. "My smile used to be, like, my thing when I was young. And then when I got older, I just never paid attention to my teeth," the actor said, adding, "When I talk to people, I'll put my hand up and stuff, it's really zapped my confidence." Luckily, her best friend, Dr. Kevin Sands, just so happened to be her dentist. Spelling closed the video by saying, "I'm smiling again, and I just feel so much better." Now that's a feel-good face transformation if we've ever heard one.
