After Ozzy Osbourne's death at 76 in July 2025, the world was shaken to its core, and all eyes were on his wife. Sharon Osbourne's jewelry at Ozzy's funeral had a heartbreaking detail, but as his partner of nearly 50 years, she had seen him through everything while giving insight into their home life for four seasons on "The Osbournes." If you've seen the show or have been a follower of Ozzy's career, you know that Sharon's appearance has undergone some drastic changes over the years (and that Kelly Osbourne is almost unrecognizable with her natural hair color). As we looked back on Ozzy and Sharon's decades-long marriage, we decided to ask board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Frederick Weniger what he thinks she's had done.
He notices evidence of a lower facelift or neck lift because of the tight appearance of her skin in her 70s: "She has a sharp mandibular angle, and no skin laxity at all in the lower face and neck." The plastic surgeon tells Glam exclusively, "She also likely had a brow or temple lift, as evidenced by the elevated tails of her eyebrows and the disappearance of skin excess in the crow's feet areas. She almost definitely had at least a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), since there is no skin excess and no fat bulges/bags at her age." Dr. Weniger reveals that she's likely had fillers injected to reduce her smile lines and enhance the "marionette areas," or the lines from the corners of her mouth to her chin. He also suggests that she's likely had filler in her top lip. Lastly, he implies that she may have had a nose job in the past, and points to less-invasive procedures she may have had over the years, including "laser resurfacing, chemical peels, microneedling with PRP, and possibly radiofrequency tightening."
There are some procedures Sharon Osbourne might consider in the future
Since Sharon Osbourne has frequently gone under the knife, Dr. Frederick Weniger has some suggestions for how she might want to keep up with her aesthetic enhancements in the future as she continues to age — only if she wants to, of course. As facelift(s) are likely the most invasive procedure she's had, he explains that as she gets older, she will still lose some volume in certain defining areas. "Strategic fat grafting or continued use of soft hyaluronic acid fillers in these hollowing zones would help maintain balance and avoid/balance a pulled or overly taut appearance," he shares exclusively with Glam.
As for the injections and fillers in and around her mouth, Dr. Weniger notes that laser treatments or chemical peels would work wonders when it comes to keeping the wrinkles away, and also smoothing the ones that were still there. On the other hand, he recommends that Osbourne be careful not to overfill her top lip, while also monitoring her neck. "If early signs of skin laxity or banding recur, a minor revision neck lift or localized energy-based skin tightening such as Morpheus-8 could prevent sagging before it becomes pronounced," he observes, reiterating that a sufficient skincare routine is crucial to maintain the look from her previous surgeries.
Sharon Osbourne hasn't always been pleased with the results of her plastic surgery
Sharon Osbourne is well aware that her looks have changed drastically, being one of the celebrities who has opened up about plastic surgery experiences. She isn't afraid to admit when her trips to get nipped and tucked have gone awry. She underwent the bulk of her procedures from the 1980s through the early 2000s, receiving a tummy tuck, breast implants, two facelifts, arm and leg lifts, Botox, and fillers, according to her book, "Unbreakable." But one surgery she had recently put a bad enough taste in her mouth for her to never go under the knife again.
During an interview with The Times in December 2023, Osbourne opened up about a botched facelift from 2021: "That was the worst thing that I ever did. I looked like a Cyclops. I had one eye here and one eye there, and my mouth was all skew-whiff, and then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected." After years of toying with her looks, her most recent facelift made her throw in the towel. "That one put me off, and it frightens me," Osbourne revealed to The Sun in April 2023. "I really f***ing pushed it with the last facelift, and I am now like, no more. Time is against me; I cannot have another facelift."
