Lauren Sánchez's Modest Outfits That Still Showed Off Her Figure

Lauren Sánchez has made a name for herself in 2025. After tying the knot with Jeff Bezos in her June nuptials that became the wedding of the decade, Sánchez has risen to global fame, and the world is starting to catch on to her signature look. The children's book author and helicopter pilot is known for looks that border on risqué; in particular, she has a taste for low-cut necklines, short hems, sheer fabric, corset fits, and rather obvious cleavage. While we can all agree that Sánchez is proud of her figure and likes to show it off (as is her right), she doesn't always rely on boundary-pushing ensembles to do this. A close comb through her sartorial portfolio shows that she can flaunt her body with the most basic and modest garments (which are far from Lauren Sánchez's most expensive looks so far), even when there's no hint of cleavage in sight. 

One of Sánchez's biggest tricks for highlighting her body even without sultry pieces is drawing attention to her waist. Since she has an hourglass figure with smaller dimensions in her mid-section, she plays up these proportions by choosing looks that cinch in her waist even further, while adding more volume to her shoulders, hips, and thighs. Again, she went for a tight fit at the waist, tucking her black blouse (which isn't too cleavage-y) into her high-waisted pants. The rest of the success here comes down to the silhouette of the suit itself, which is tailored impeccably. With skinny pants and a tight-fitting blazer, you can't go wrong, even with the added bulk of embellished material.

Clearly, Lauren Sánchez got the memo about the belt trick many years before she was a household name. In 2008, before she was in a relationship with billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, she attended a high-profile fundraiser in an outfit that flaunted her hourglass shape despite there being no cleavage or bare leg in sight. The author achieved this once more by cinching in her waist with a statement belt and then opting for more material in the skirt. Even with a turtleneck cut, this ensemble still shows off Sánchez's mid-section wonderfully.

If a belt doesn't work with a particular outfit, you can still flaunt your body by going for a tight fit, and there's zero need to drop the neckline or raise the hemline to see results. Lauren Sánchez proved as much at the Kering Caring for Women Dinner in September 2023, when she wore a head-turning sparkly maxi in a bold lemon-lime shade. Even with the high neck and floor-length cut, this frock showed off Sánchez's waist and broader shoulders and hips with its clingy material and body-hugging fit.

One of the oldest tricks in the book for flaunting your assets is making like the Pussycat Dolls and loosening up your buttons. But at a Mother's Day celebration in 2022, Lauren Sánchez made it clear that undoing your buttons doesn't have to result in a risqué look, as another trick as old as time is coming prepared with a camisole underneath. The pale blue and white paired together perfectly for this spring look, and again, the buttons opening from just under the bust drew attention to Sánchez's waist, highlighting her figure.

Across all of Lauren Sánchez's outfits, the recurring detail seems to be attention drawn to the waist. While walking around Soho in May 2022, she achieved the effect with the simple combo of jeans and a long-sleeve shirt. Both the top and the denim were tight where it mattered (from the torso to the thighs), and the jeans flared out at the calf. It's decidedly more modest than many of Sánchez's other looks, but tucking the shirt into the jeans at the waist — plus the V-neck — guaranteed the desired silhouette.
