When your parents' lives (read: drama) are constantly in the public spotlight, and you're a background player on their reality shows, it stands to reason that your childhood could be considered a little different from the norm. Enter the world of Sami Sheen, daughter of "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen and his ex Denise Richards, who's dabbled in modeling and acting through the years before settling into her well-known role on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

From attending movie premieres as a child to thriving as an OnlyFans star and headliner on a reality show with her sisters and her mom, Sami Sheen has had a stunning transformation, from baggy, comfortable, street-style 'fits to the more risqué. Her evolution may be more extreme than other women her age (she turned 21 in March 2025): Not only has she experimented with a variety of hair colors, she's one of the celebs who's confessed to plastic surgery, with her TikTok discussions about breast implants and decision to get a nose job played out on an episode of the reality show "Denise Richards and Her Wild Things."

In March 2004, Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen announced the birth of their daughter, Sam Sheen. The deep meaning of where the sacred name came from? Charlie had a cat he liked named Sam and he picked the moniker for his child. From a young age, Sami was spotted at events around Hollywood, in the arms of one of her parents. Her younger sister Lola Rose Sheen came along shortly after — she was born in June 2005, but by then her parents had filed for divorce.

Aside from tabloid headlines about her parents' contentious divorce, Sami's childhood looked to be filled with many normal kid-friendly activities. She was a passionate horse lover, and enjoyed going to Camp Olympia in Texas as a 14-year-old in 2018. During these years, her outfits reflected those of any normal carefree teen. Though she didn't realize it at the time, Charlie got sober when Sami was a teen because of her. 

After Richards joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in 2018, tensions between Sami and Richards began to surface, with Sami getting frustrated by her mother's alleged strictness. It wasn't until 2019 that Sami started posting more photos on Instagram which gave us a clue as to how her personal style was developing. We saw jeans, sneakers, low-key tees, and hoodies, which was a good preview of the more casual, street-style side of Sami's aesthetic.

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen made headlines once again when their daughter Sami Sheen moved out of Richards' house and in with Charlie in 2021, at the age of 17. She dropped out of high school at the time as well. This is also around the time she posted an edgier looking version of herself with heavy makeup and dyed red hair on Instagram. However, she maintained the more comfy side to her style with oversized sweaters and hoodies.

In 2022, at age 18, Sami wanted to get an apartment of her own, so she started an OnlyFans page to help support herself; the move paid off. She's earned a reported $3 million showing revealing photos of herself to her subscribers. Her look settled into a more Barbie-core feel with plumped lips, breast implants, and long blond hair once she started up her account and built up her following. Good thing she was making money to support her hair-dye habit, because maintaining platinum-blond hair is expensive. She dabbled in shades of brond as well as pink in this era as well.

And despite the dark side of modeling, she has admitted she wants to break into traditional modeling, but her OnlyFans career has hindered that. While Richards, whom she rekindled her relationship with, supported her OnlyFans account and then created her own, Charlie wasn't excited about his daughter's presence on the platform.

Sami Sheen's stunning transformation took a turn in 2025, as she promoted and starred in "Denise Richards and Her Wild Things," a Bravo reality show that follows Sami, her mom, and two sisters, Lola and Eloise Sheen, in their everyday lives, capturing the dynamics of the family. While promoting the show in New York in February, Sami looked stunning with her hair in soft waves. She dyed it cotton-candy pink in August 2025 and has kept the shade into the fall.

While she debated on TikTok in June 2025 whether she should have her implants removed due to negative health side effects, as of October 2025, she hadn't moved forward with an explant. Her Instagram shows a preference for plunging necklines and bikinis when she's not in baggy jeans and relaxed tees, which may be contributing to her delay. 

In terms of the roller-coaster relationship she has with her parents, 2025 has seen a rocky patch in her relationship with her father Charlie Sheen, while she and Richards seem to be in a good space. Despite this, their reality show was not renewed for a second season, so we'll have to stick to Instagram to keep us updated on any future style changes from Sami Sheen.
