Kayleigh McEnany's Face Transformation Is So Different From Her Fox News Counterparts
Fox News is full of individuals with different looks, but there's certainly a theme that aesthetically ties many of them together. Excessive fillers and Botox are among the hallmark signs of "Mar-a-Lago face," with the worst offenders being some of the women in President Donald Trump's circle. But conservative news anchors in recent years have been leaning more toward this heavily snatched look, and when one person doesn't fit the mold, they stand out like a sore thumb. Enter Kayleigh McEnany, who doesn't seem drawn to the world of facelifts.
"I honestly don't think she's had much work done at all other than prophylactic Botox and good skincare," explains Dr. Samuel Golpanian, a double-board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California. "Botox in this context is used prophylactically, meaning it helps prevent the formation of wrinkles over the years. She probably started it a while back and has kept up with it. But surgically, I don't think anything was done." In our exclusive chat, Dr. Golpanian notes that McEnany is a natural beauty with "great bone structure" who displays no signs of plastic surgery, even if she knows all about preventative Botox. This is in stark contrast to some current and former Fox News anchors, who have gone for quite a different look.
Kate McEnany didn't get the Fox News facelift memo
Kayleigh McEnany's natural look is such a head-turner in the context of the Fox News environment because other personalities from the newsroom seem much more acquainted with plastic surgery. Just look at our plastic surgeon's notes on how Kimberly Guilfoyle's face has changed over the years. "It appears she has most likely had a neck and lower or possibly complete facelift in an effort to maintain her tight jawline, neck and address howling that occurs with natural aging," Dr. Dennis Schimpf exclusively told Glam in January 2025, adding that Guilfoyle, who began working at Fox News back in 2006, has likely also had Botox and fillers.
Then, there's Judge Jeanine Pirro of "Justice with Jeanine" on the channel. "Judge Jeanine looks amazing, but there is no question she's had facial reconstruction," board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole told The List. "Even though she looks great you can tell in her cheeks where there are some slight streaks add minor irregularities which are indicative of a facelift." Speaking to Nicki Swift, plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Kopelman theorized that TV host Laura Ingraham was another Fox News figure whose "smoother, more youthful appearance" could be (but isn't guaranteed to be) the work of a brow or facelift.
But Dr. Samuel Golpanian tells Glam exclusively that there's no need for Kayleigh McEnany to follow in the footsteps of her colleagues. "Honestly, I think surgery would do more harm than good for her and take away from her characteristic look," he says. "She's naturally very pretty, with a symmetrical face and strong features. The only thing you might notice is a slight asymmetry in the nose, but that's completely natural — everyone has a small degree of asymmetry in the face and body. Overall, she looks pretty good."
