NCIS Universe Leading Ladies And Their Real-Life Partners
"NCIS" has become one of the most exciting and expansive franchises in television. The long-running drama series began in its original form back in 2003 and has led to a number of spin-off series. There have been seven versions of "NCIS" to date which have aired on CBS and Paramount+. Whether it's Los Angeles, New Orleans, or Sydney, Australia, the "NCIS" team has been there saving the day.
With so many decades of episodes and different iterations of the show, fans have loved the many characters that have appeared in the show's universe over the years. The ladies of "NCIS" have proven to be intelligent investigators and professionals, captivating the screen with their charisma. While there is the occasional love story unfolding on the series, the women of "NCIS" have been lucky in love in real life as well. A number of them have been in long-term relationships, with many marrying their partners and starting families of their own. We've broken down the romances of "NCIS" actresses who have made the greatest impact on the famous franchise.
Katrina Law is single after splitting from Keith Andreen
Actress Katrina Law has starred in "NCIS" as Jessica Knight since 2021. She previously appeared on "Hawaii Five-O" and "Arrow." Law married fellow actor Keith Andreen in January 2013 and the couple had their daughter Kinley Malika in 2018. Sadly, it was announced in August 2025 that Law had filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage. The filing cited "irreconcilable differences" and said the couple separated in July 2025. According to People, the last time Andreen appeared on Law's Instagram was all the way back in 2021.
Diona Reasonover is happily married to Patricia Villetto
Diona Reasonover has been playing the role of Kasie Hines on "NCIS" since 2018 and quickly became a series regular. That same year, she got married to fellow actor and writer Patricia Villetto. The couple began dating back after meeting at Second City improv school. But according to Reasonover, their wedding day was a stressful one. "Because a tornado hit New York right before, right as [Villetto's parents] were leaving," she shared on the Why Won't You Date Me? podcast in 2019. Despite other hiccups, it thankfully all worked out. The couple tends to keep their relationship private outside of sharing tributes to each other on social media.
Diany Rodriguez has a long-term boyfriend
Actress Diany Rodriguez plays the role of Vera Strickland, a special agent on "NCIS: Origins." Much like being part of a long-running franchise, Rodriguez has happily been in a relationship that has lasted more than a decade. Rodriguez is dating Lee Lyons, who identifies himself in his Instagram bio as a "Movie Exhibition Professional." They appear to keep their long-running relationship fun and fresh. For Lyons' birthday in 2024, Rodriguez posted a tribute to her beau on Instagram saying, "NEARLY TWELVE YEARS IN i love him more today than when we first got together."
Mavournee Hazel and her boyfriend are both in hit TV dramas
Australian actress Mavournee Hazel plays forensic scientist Bluebird "Blue" Gleeson on "NCIS: Sydney." She is dating fellow Aussie actor and singer Josh McKenzie. McKenzie previously starred in the NBC series "La Brea." It is unknown when exactly the two started dating, but they appear to be smitten in a healthy relationship and even co-starred together in the 2023 film "Home Kills." McKenzie told Australian publication WHO magazine in 2025 that he and Hazel "have one of those relationships where we are always laughing."
Daniela Ruah married within the NCIS family
Daniela Ruah stared on the spinoff "NCIS: Los Angeles" as Special Agent Kensi Blye, and she has the show to thank for her marriage. Ruah's husband is David Olsen, older brother of her co-star Eric Christian Olsen. David is also his brother's stunt double on the series, so Eric was in the position to play matchmaker. Dating a co-worker worked out for this pairing, and David and Ruah got married in Portugal in June 2014. Together, they share two children: a son born in 2013 and a daughter born in 2016.
Tori Anderson has been married since 2018
Canadian actress Tori Anderson played Special Agent Kate Whistler on the entirety of "NCIS: Hawaii." Her character was one of the first and only LGBTQ+ characters in the "NCIS" franchise. In real life, Anderson is married to Mitch Myers, and he is from Canada as well. The two have been together since 2010 and got married in 2018. They appeared on screen together in the 2021 film "You May Kiss The Bridesmaid." The pair often gush about each other on social media, sharing adorable photos together.
CCH Pounder and her husband created an art museum
Carol Christine Hilaria Pounder, famously known as CCH Pounder, played medical examiner Loretta Wade on the entirety of "NCIS: New Orleans." She married anthropologist Boubacar Kone in 1991. The couple shared a love of art and in the years following their wedding, they founded the Musée Boribana museum in Senegal. Pounder and Kone welcomed three children together. Unfortunately, Kone passed away in 2016 after he and Pounder had celebrated 25 years of marriage.
