Teresa Giudice's Side-By-Side Photos Make Her Transformation Impossible To Ignore

Teresa Giudice has been on our radars since 2009, when she made her debut on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." She's been in the spotlight since but has subtly and gradually changed her look without causing much of a stir. Though she's changed, Giudice still looks phenomenal, so we checked in with Dr. Raja Mohan, a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Dallas, Texas, to see what beauty or cosmetic procedures might have gone into her stunning transformation.

"The changes in her face suggest a mix of surgical and non-surgical work layered over time," Dr. Mohan tells Glam exclusively. "Her nose looks more refined and narrower through the bridge and tip, which is consistent with having undergone rhinoplasty at some point." The apparent changes don't stop there. "Her cheeks appear much fuller in the recent photo, likely from cheek filler or fat grafting. The jawline is sharper and more structured, something commonly achieved with jawline filler or a small chin enhancement," Dr. Mohan explains.

Along with these possible enhancements, Dr. Mohan thinks that Giudice has had hyaluronic acid lip filler injections, which she actually confirmed in a 2024 interview with E! News, revealing she later had them dissolved. "The smoother forehead and lifted eyebrow shape are changes often produced by neuromodulators and possibly a subtle brow lift," the plastic surgeon adds. "Her skin texture is significantly more even and radiant, not typical of aging alone, which points to resurfacing treatments such as laser, peels, or RF microneedling." Though Dr. Mohan can't guarantee what work Giudice has or hasn't had done given he hasn't personally worked with her, he ultimately believes that the changes in her face point to a series of procedures over many years, rather than one significant procedure that left her looking like a different person overnight.

Teresa Giudice can maintain her looks with a few procedures

Whatever procedures Teresa Giudice may or may not have had done, she's beautiful the way she is, and Dr. Raja Mohan points out that there are other procedures she might want to incorporate as the years go on — but only if she wants to. "I would lean toward procedures that preserve her structure as she ages," he shares in our exclusive chat. "A lower facelift or neck lift in the future would help keep her jawline sharp and prevent heaviness around the mouth. A conservative eyelid lift could keep the eye area open and rested as skin thins." Notably, a facelift was one of the main components of how Kris Jenner's face changed over the years.

In addition to these more invasive procedures, Dr. Mohan suggests more accessible cosmetic procedures such as "fractional laser or RF microneedling" to maintain the firm texture of her skin. These are just some of the benefits of microneedling, with others including the reduction of the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. "Light neuromodulators can continue, but heavy fillers should be used sparingly to avoid puffiness over time," the plastic surgeon warns. "Overall, a tight lower face, refreshed eyes, and good skin maintenance would serve her best as she gets older."
