The Leading Ladies Of The Pitt And Their Real-Life Partners
What keeps reeling us back in to binge "The Pitt?" Of course it's the heart-pounding drama, but it's also the relationships between the hospital staff, the patients, and those in their periphery. From the friendships, to the subtle flirtations, to the full-on relationship tensions, the interpersonal dynamics hold just as much appeal as the emergency room guts and gore.
But what about when the cameras stop rolling? Do the actors go home to empty abodes in the Hollywood Hills? Are there any on-set romances blossoming? We know the ladies of "The Pitt" are gorgeous in real life, so who are the lucky partners to snag these talented actors? There are a few that have married others in show business. But vastly outnumbering those in committed relationships are the unknowns, including Taylor Dearden, who plays Melissa King and is unrecognizable in real life, Fiona Dourif (Dr. Cassie McKay), and Shabana Azeez (Dr. Victoria Javadi). They, and a number of other "The Pitt" stars, are publicly elusive about their relationships, holding their heart cards close to their chests. Luckily for those of us who can't get enough of all things "The Pitt," some of the show's actors, including Katherine LaNasa, have been open about their relationships.
Katherine LaNasa and Grant Show have been married for 13 years
In August 2025, Katherine LaNasa, aka nurse Dana Evans on "The Pitt," celebrated 13 years of marriage with Grant Show. Fans of the original "Melrose Place" as well as watchers of the 2017 "Dynasty" reboot will know Show's face well, The couple met on the 2010 set of "Big Love," where they both had guest roles. Show was initially interested, but didn't ask LaNasa out until their paths crossed again six months later. They dated for a year before he proposed with a four-carat diamond ring, which isn't one of the most expensive celebrity engagement rings, but still impressive to many of us. The duo married in Topanga, California.
They have one daughter, Eloise, born in 2014, and LaNasa has a son from a previous relationship. Show has said that being together with a fellow actor helps make their relationship work because she understands that if he has to kiss someone for a role, it doesn't mean more. "I know at the end of the day I am not going to run away with that woman," he told the Sydney Morning Herald in 2017. "That's my job, and I trust my wife the same way."
There's much more to know about Tracy Ifeachor and Adeyemi Eruola
Tracy Ifeachor's Dr. Heather Collins on "The Pitt" was a fan fave in part thanks to the romantic tension between her and Noah Wylie's Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch. Despite this, however, the British actor isn't returning for Season 2 of the hit, which debuts in January 2026. She appears to have plenty of other things to keep her occupied, including a role in M. Night Shyamalan's forthcoming film "Remain, not to mention her real-life role of wife.
Ifeachor is married to sound engineer Adeyemi Eruola. The couple appeared at the Emmys in September 2025, where "The Pitt" won a number of awards. Though her social media has pictures of the two, she hasn't commented publicly about the couple's relationship. Just as rumors have swirled about why Dr. Collins was written out of the show, Ifeachor's personal life is leaving fans in a wake of mystery.
