If you've followed Jenny Marrs' complete transformation, then you know she has evolved into one of HGTV's most beloved faces. Along with her husband Dave Marrs, she has found fame as the host of "Fixer to Fabulous," as well as "Home Town Takeover," appearing alongside other HGTV faves Erin and Ben Napier.
What you'll also know is that Jenny and Dave Marrs have their fingers in a lot of pies, and these proverbial pies have paid off. For those of us tuning in and following along (specifically on Jenny's Instagram), we love to see how they spend the fruits of their labors. One way the family of seven lives a lavish life is by vacationing abroad. Traveling with five children is never an inexpensive journey, but Jenny seems to have gotten over any vacation guilt and learned how to enjoy herself and show her family the world.
As seen on Instagram, they haven't skimped on their holidays. Among other locations, they've visited France and Switzerland, spent Christmas in Italy, and taken a picturesque break in the Cotswolds in England, where they posed together on a charming bridge.
Jenny Marrs has lavish homes
Unsurprisingly, the lavish life of Jenny Marrs and her family can predominantly be seen via their homes. For starters, there's their farm. In 2012, the Marrs family moved a dilapidated farmhouse onto a 56-acre plot of land outside Bentonville, Arkansas. They fixed up the house to their standards, with features that include two spacious porches, multiple living areas, and a dreamy farmhouse kitchen. They also renovated a gorgeous mansion, dubbed the Welcome Inn, which is available for Airbnb rental and filled with Jenny's country-meets-elegance aesthetic.
Online estimates suggest that Jenny and Dave Marrs are multi-millionaires, per Entertainment Now. That comes as no surprise given the number of pies they're cooking. Aside from their HGTV gigs, the couple has retail outlets, including Marrs Mercantile and Marrs on Main in the Bentonville area. Then, there are their endorsement deals with a slew of DIY home-renovation products and food brands, plus speaking engagements. Oh, and Jenny has published two books, 2023's "House + Love = Home" and 2025's "Trust God, Love People." They even have a blueberry farm on their rural property. But in true Marrs fashion, they cut corners in order to live their lavish lifestyle. For example, they get their plane tickets with frequent flyer miles and Jenny said on Instagram she occasionally thrift shops for her clothes "at local stores."
