Jennifer Aniston's Face Transformation Since Friends Is Head-Turning

Jennifer Aniston stole hearts everywhere when she starred as the lovable Rachel Green on "Friends" for 10 years during the early '90s until the show's finale in 2004. At the start of her television career, she rocked the most iconic haircut of all time, called "The Rachel," and Jennifer Aniston has since had a stunning hair transformation. That's not the only thing that has changed for "The Morning Show" star, as her facial features have definitely altered over the years.

It's no secret that Hollywood celebs get a nip and tuck every now and then, and Jennifer Aniston has been open about her plastic surgery. "I had [a deviated septum] fixed -– best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years," she told People in 2007. Referring to talk of a possible breast enhancement, she shared, "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine." Aniston may be conservative when it comes to going under the knife, but she did admit to getting injectables, which could possibly be the secret to her youthful face.

Jennifer Aniston uses Botox sparingly

Jennifer Aniston prefers to age gracefully and (almost) naturally. In 2011, she told InStyle (via Radar), "People think that I do a lot of injections, but I don't." The "Horrible Bosses" actor added, "I'm not saying that I haven't tried it ... but I see how it's a slippery slope. All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me." It seems she later changed her tune about injectables since, as a source revealed to Life & Style in 2024, "[Aniston and Reese Witherspoon] both use fillers and Botox. They don't see a stigma with doing it." The insider continued, "Jen doesn't want to go overboard, and neither does Reese. Jen is hacking her appearances, tastefully and carefully, and people like what she's doing."

Whatever Aniston is doing sure works for her, and she also credits her healthy mindset for her ageless beauty. "I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want. But I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are," she shared with Glamour. Aniston, who turned 56 in 2025, continued, "I'm not going to say I don't get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff. I mean, I'm maintained. I'm not going to just go down and let these gray hairs take over."
