Bunnie Xo's Lavish Life Is Almost Hard To Believe

Bunnie Xo has never been one for extreme modesty, which is great for fans who want to vicariously live her lavish lifestyle. The entrepreneur, podcast host, and wife of country singer Jelly Roll loves to share behind-the-scenes videos for her social media followers, of which there are plenty: over 8 million on TikTok, 5 million on Facebook, 2 million on Instagram, and another million-plus on YouTube. In her reels, she shares everything from clips of her crushing on her husband to what's in her Louis Vuitton handbag and even her remodeling efforts for their Nashville mansion. Oh, and Bunnie Xo also isn't afraid to show what she looks like makeup-free.

After her career as an escort in Las Vegas, Bunnie Xo has found herself with many money-making opportunities to support her lavish life. She's the head of her "Dumb Blonde" podcast, which she started in 2018; she has said before that she funded the venture entirely on her own through her business as an escort. So, how is she spending the fruits of her labor?

Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll have a growing real-estate portfolio

Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have shared a number of videos documenting life at home, including tours of their mansion in Nashville and their newer addition, a 500-acre farm with a barndominium, also in Tennessee. In 2023, Bunnie shared the renovations they were doing on their home, which included painting it a rich green. She also added black-out shades that can be raised to keep the house cool in summer and to access the backyard pool with built-in spa pool. The home also boasts a gym, and not just your typical home gym — this spacious area looks more like a fitness center, complete with Bunnie Xo logos on the weight benches. A YouTube vlog Jelly Roll took of the renovations shows the stunning outdoor as well, which includes a firepit with chairs surrounding it that take in the vast acreage beyond.

She previously owned a property in a gated community in Henderson, Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas, before listing it for sale in 2024. This property also boasts a pool and a casita for guests. Bunnie also bought a studio in 2024 to serve as the headquarters for the "Dumb Blonde" podcast. And then there's the new home she purchased for a stranger as a pay-it-forward token of generosity in 2025, because Bunnie's lavish life includes spending dosh on others.

From handbags to cars, Bunnie Xo loves labels

Bunnie Xo has more than a few high-ticket items in her house and garage. We know of two Mercedes she owns, including what looks like a red custom AMG G 63 model, which will set you back around $200,000 nowadays for a base model, and a black sedan. Cha-ching.

We've seen Bunnie carrying a Louis Vuitton handbag and a wallet from the label as well. In September 2024, she posted an Instagram video of herself getting her first pairs of Christian Louboutins. In the video, she revealed that she once bought a pair but returned them out of guilt because she hadn't yet paid her rent. Fast forward to 2024, and she was unboxing not one, but three pairs of cowboy boots that appear to be from the "Giddy Up" collection, including an over-the-knee denim pair that originally retailed for just under $1,800 per pair. She donned the high-priced brand again at the 2026 Grammy awards in February, which she paired with a custom Michael Costello dress. The designer's dresses, if you were to buy a non-custom off-the-rack piece, can cost more than $14,000.

Bunnie Xo loves to travel privately

Jelly Roll's on a successful country-music roll, but hasn't quite hit the heights of Taylor Swift just yet, who splurged on her own airplane for jetting to gigs and on vacation. That doesn't mean that he and wife since 2016, Bunnie Xo, are flying commercial. Bunnie periodically posts pics and videos of herself flying on a private jet, sometimes with Jelly Roll, his daughter, and their dog. Sometimes she's accompanying Jelly Roll to concerts — the couple vows not to spend more than two weeks apart when he's touring, per People. The podcast host also sets up meet and greets with fans, which she charges for, at his concert venues. She's also traveling to promote her book, "Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic," which debuts mid-February 2026, adding one more income stream to the entrepreneur's portfolio.

One of the income streams that Bunnie Xo has shut down in recent years is her OnlyFans account. She revealed that her "Dumb Blonde" podcast and other ventures are providing enough income, and she no longer needs to rely on that to help support her lavish lifestyle.

Bunnie Xo's lavish lifestyle includes her beauty habits

It doesn't take more than a passing glance at the complete transformation of Bunnie Xo to know that she spends a pretty penny on her glam routine. She's been open about procedures she's had done and planning to do, including a facelift, liposuction, breast implants (and their removal), and lip fillers. Plus there's her nails, eyelashes, and all the times Bunnie Xo's hair has turned heads. The annual cost of all of this is not cheap. Nor are the glam sessions she gets before red-carpet appearances with Jelly Roll.

She even devoted a space to glam during their Nashville house remodel. The purple room features a chandelier and silver accents, along with a custom-made portrait of her.

Feeling envious but don't have the income to afford her lavish lifestyle? Don't fret; here's a guide on how to dupe Bunnie Xo's nails with this at-home budget-friendly manicure, no purple room required.
