Side-By-Side Pics Of Kelly Osbourne Highlight Her Wild 'Ozempic Face' Transformation

Kelly Osbourne's complete weight-loss transformation has rendered her completely unrecognizable. The "Fashion Police" alum's dramatic makeover is only further emphasized in before-and-after pics taken in 2019 and 2026. In the 2026 photo, Osbourne's face appears more gaunt due to her angular cheekbones, pronounced jawline, and the overall loss of volume in her face. In contrast, her lips seem plumper than before. Her facial features also appear to have undergone significant aging over seven years.

Many have referred to Osbourne as having a case of Ozempic face, which is one of the many risks of the diabetes drugs that Hollywood uses for weight loss. Speaking to Cleveland Clinic, endocrinologist Vinni Makin, MD. professed, "The term 'Ozempic face' refers to the changes in the face that can happen with rapid weight loss." She continued, "It's characterized by gauntness, sunken cheeks, new wrinkles and loose skin on the face and neck." And most of that appears consistent with the differences in Osbourne's face in the before-and-after photos.

However, in an April 2024 Extra interview, the reality TV star claimed that Ozempic did not play a part in the 85-pound weight loss she had following the birth of her son in 2022. Instead, she attributed her weight loss to the elimination of sugar and carbohydrates from her diet. Additionally, in a February 2024 E! News interview, Osbourne stated that she supported anyone who chose to take Ozempic for weight loss. In fact, she believed that many of the weight loss drug's most vocal critics were secretly angry that it was out of budget for them.

The reason for Kelly Osbourne's weight loss might be more complicated than people think

Kelly Osbourne didn't mince words while addressing people who said she was one of the celebrities who looked totally different after using weight loss drugs like Ozempic. "To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right,'" Osbourne began in a since-deleted Instagram video posted in December 2025 (via USA Today). "My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family." The reality TV alum also straight up told her critics to "f*** off."

Considering that Osbourne has been dealing with comments about her body for many years, it's unsurprising that her response to the online chatter was so blunt. In a 2024 episode of "The Osbournes Podcast," she recalled how an agency head had privately told her 18-year-old self that she was "too fat for TV" and had the potential to be on the big screen if she shed a few pounds. Osbourne labeled the hurtful and completely inappropriate comment "the most insulting f***ing thing."

Meanwhile, when she spoke at a panel in May 2025, Osbourne recalled how essentially every article that mentioned her over the years made some comment about her weight. Some particularly intrusive folks had even gone so far as to tell her that she would have a complete glow-up if she ever lost the weight (via People). Since losing a significant amount of weight, however, Osbourne has continued to face backlash.
