Erika Kirk's Eyebrow Blindness Is So Obvious In These Photos

If there's anyone who is guilty of overdoing Republican makeup, it's definitely Erika Kirk. The wife of the late Charlie Kirk, who had a huge MAGA following, fits right in with the likes of Karoline Leavitt, who will never live down her biggest makeup mistakes, and her cohort Lauren Boebert. Aside from loving a beat face, the other thing these women have in common is eyebrow blindness, and it doesn't look like they're going to be cured of the syndrome anytime soon. As a longtime makeup artist, eyebrow blindness is easy to spot. When all you can see is someone's brow mistakes, it's time for them to ease up on the product.

Along with Erika Kirk's worst hair looks that are hard to look away from, her heavily applied makeup is her whole personality. She just can't help but step out with dramatic smoky eyes, full-coverage foundation, and overdrawn lips. This look went out of style around 2016, with many preferring a softer, more natural face, and that includes lightly filled-in brows. It's time for Kirk to get with the trends and update her makeup repertoire, because she's looking super dated as the new face of Turning Point USA.

While the rest of her makeup was pretty tame (for her), Kirk's heavy eyebrows stood out like a sore thumb. The color was way too dark for her complexion and light hair, and it was the first thing that my eyes landed on. Most folks with blond hair look better with a soft taupe or light ashy brown rather than the espresso shade Kirk used, especially with full eyebrows like hers.

She went for a soft daytime look with lightly lined eyes and a bit of bronzer while at an Oregon Ducks football game in October 2024 with her husband, Charlie Kirk. What wasn't soft were her eyebrows, which were so bold that the football players could have spotted them all the way from the field. With the rest of her makeup application on the natural side, Erika should have eased up on the brows as well for a more cohesive finish.

There were also some areas Kirk could have gone over with her pencil, as I could see some spots she missed, and I would have liked a slightly more rounded arch. The Turning Point CEO has a naturally round face, so a bit of a curve in her brows is needed to balance out her features, but V-shapes are way too severe.

If your eyebrows look like a letter of the alphabet, it's time to rethink their shape. Anything that resembles a C, S, or V is a no-no, and in Erika Kirk's case, it was the latter during an appearance on CBS News in December 2025. The peaks were drawn on so sharply that it gave her an angry look, which would have been remedied by smoothing out the top part. Instead of redoing her whole brows, Kirk could have used a bit of concealer on a flat brush and run it along the high points. The color, however, was perfect, so props for that.

It seems Erika Kirk's penchant for V-shaped eyebrows began over a decade ago. Back in 2012, when she was on the pageant circuit, you could clearly see that she favored the shape. I get that some people's brows are naturally formed that way, but it's easy to soften them up by tweezing a few hairs. A Facebook post of Kirk winning Miss Arizona showed a more severe version of her sharp brows, which were darkened to an almost-black shade. Sadly, not much has changed makeup-wise since then.
