Real Housewife Tamra Judge's Plastic Surgery Transformation Is So Obvious In Side-By-Side Pics

When we think of "Real Housewives" stars who seem to have been on Bravo forever, we can't look past Tamra Judge, who joined the Orange County posse in 2008. Aside from stepping away for two seasons in 2020, she's been a staple in the OC cast, as well as the second installment of "The Real Housewives' Ultimate Girls Trip," and "Tamra's OC Wedding." And though she's considered a villain, we can't help but appreciate (at times and within reason) her candid personality. And that includes being among the celebrities who have opened up about their plastic surgery experience.

Side-by-side pics of the pot-stirrer show what she, like other "Real Housewives" stars, looked like before plastic surgery. She's been open about her multiple breast surgeries, a lower facelift in 2017, and a brow lift in 2024. Add to that regular Botox sessions, chemical peels, and lasers, and you get a sampling of what Judge has endured in her quest for a youthful appearance. Looking at her at age 40, attending a Bravo event in NYC in 2007, compared to the reality star at age 58 at a Jingle Ball 2025 event, it's clear to see the transformation — even if she'd kept her plumped-up lips sealed regarding the procedures she'd undergone.

In September 2024, Tamra Judge began posting photos and videos of herself after she'd received a brow lift, a blue chemical peel, and CO2 laser treatment. (The peel and laser are two treatment options if you want Botox but are afraid of needles). In the clips, viewers can see the aftermath, including distinct facial swelling, discoloration, and surgical staples. Judge went on to say that she'd been experiencing headaches and discomfort as well. And boy did the comments roll in on all platforms where Judge's videos were posted. "That is so crazy that somebody would go through that to try to look younger; just live in the beauty that you are, don't try to look fake and young," wrote one person on TikTok. Another added, "You were so beautiful without all this, Tamra."

Perhaps the bluntest comments came from Judge's mother, Sandy, which the former posted on Instagram. Judge shared Sandy's texts that read: "Your face literally makes me want to throw up" and "One of my friends called and asked if you had been in a motorcycle accident" (via Bravo TV). We can guess where the OC entrepreneur gets some of her directness from. 

After recovering from the 2024 round of procedures, she publicly swore off further plastic surgery, vowing that she's done going under the knife. Judge told Life & Style, "I've realized that while cosmetic enhancements can be great, they're not always worth the toll on your body." Will she live up to the promise? Stay tuned.
