Kylie And Jason Kelce Have Quite The Lavish Life

Kylie and Jason Kelce's net worth has skyrocketed over the years. When the former Philadelphia Eagles center started his NFL career in 2011, he signed a $2.1 million contract. Thanks to his phenomenal skills, that number climbed up to a whopping $14 million in 2023, his final year before retirement. In total, his contracts with the NFL would have made him an estimated $88 million richer. Of course, he would have also likely raked in significant amounts from his brand deals with big names like Nike, Bose, and Old Spice. 

Thanks to his "New Heights" podcast, the money kept rolling in even after he retired from professional football. In August 2024, Variety reported that Jason and Travis Kelce had signed a $100 million deal with Amazon's Wondery for the ad sales and distribution for their well-loved podcast. Kylie's "Not Gonna Lie" podcast has done equally well since its debut in 2024. In fact, the very first episode beat the likes of "The Joe Rogan Experience" as it soared to the top of Spotify and Apple's podcast charts.  
With the brand partnerships that come with a successful podcast like that, Kylie's personal net worth would have likely also seen a major boost. During a November 2024 appearance on "Golfer's Journal," Jason admitted that the Kelces were thriving, saying, "I think the Kelce brand, in general, is pretty high right now." He continued, "I don't know that it should be this high. If anything, we're the overdog now. We're way overvalued, probably." Still, Jason and Kylie seem to be making good use of their hard-earned money. They have gone all out on expensive homes, invested in hobbies, and indulged in some occasional splurging.

During a September 2025 episode of the "Not Gonna Lie" podcast, Kylie Kelce recalled the weird state of the bachelor pad that Jason Kelce had been living in when they started dating in late 2014. "Let me tell you what was in his bedroom: a bed. Period," the podcaster recalled. "Christmas lights around the top. That's it. There was no overhead lighting in the room either." The NFL star had also opted out of getting a dresser, or curtains for his massive windows.

Even though a having a minimalist living style may be good for your health, Jason's place was not a good fit for a family. So, after their marriage in 2018, the Kelces bought a $680,000 4-bedroom 2.5-bathroom property in Haverford, Pennsylvania, after negotiating the asking price down by $120,000, per the NY Post. Their first family home spanned across an acre of lush greenery. As their family grew, so did their home. In 2020, Jason and Kylie spent $3.96 million to acquire the 8-acre property that rested right next to their existing home. They continued their expansion plans in 2023 by splurging $1.35 million on another property beside their existing homes. 

According to insiders, Jason sought to create one big lavish estate by tearing down the existing properties. In February 2025, WGAL reported that Jason and Kylie were hoping to add a fourth property to their $6 million estate and put fencing around their home for added security. After appearing before a local zoning board to address their neighbor's concerns about their plans, Jason got the green light to proceed with his proposed changes. 

In 2024, Kylie and Jason Kelce partnered up with Pottery Barn Kids to unveil the makeover they had given their children's playroom in their Pennsylvania home. While introducing the room to viewers, Kylie said, "Family is everything. It's really important to have this space feel cozy and comfortable." 

And it's safe to say that the Kelces put their money where their mouths were by splurging on some pretty expensive products that prioritized their four children's comfort while nurturing their creativity. While the kid-sized kitchen set came with a whopping $599 price tag, the large giraffe plushie cost $269, and the art easel was $249. To give the area a cozy feel, the Kelces opted for a tree rug that cost between $449 and $799, and a $1,149 vegan leather loveseat.

Even if these items were provided to them as per the terms of their partnership with the brand, there's still no denying that the room was a luxurious space for the little ones. Notably, the Kelces also prioritized their own comfort and relaxation by splurging $2.2 million on a beach house in Sea Isle City, New Jersey in 2022, per Jersey Digs. The gorgeous 2,200 square foot home spanned across three floors and came with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and multiple family rooms. Needless to say, the property offered gorgeous views of the oceanfront. Since Jason is big on reading, he'd probably want to pick up some beach reads on our favorites and most anticipated lists.

According to a July 2024 report by The Sun, Jason Kelce spared no expense in building his man cave in his Pennsylvania home. Since his special corner of the family home featured tons of rare merch from sporting teams, it's unsurprising that it cost nearly $15,000. Additionally, the retired NFL player reportedly also spent $2,000 every month to expand his collection of vintage books. According to an insider, Jason had also developed a taste for some good quality craft beer. 

So, it's unsurprising that he teamed up with his brother, Travis Kelce, to take his love for beverages to the next level. In a June 2024 press release, it was announced that the Kelce brothers had become "significant owners and operators" of Garage Beer, a Cincinnati-based company. The press release also promised that the two NFL stars would be at the forefront of their advertising efforts. And that proved true in a major way in 2026 when Jason starred in a 1-minute Super Bowl commercial for the brand. 

According to USA Today a 30-second ad spot during the 2026 game would have set an advertiser back an eye-watering $10 million. So, it's safe to say that the Kelces and their fellow investors have a ton of faith in their business. The former Philadelphia Eagles player is also financially vested in another one of his hobbies: golf. In a May 2025 Facebook post, New York-based establishment Sullivan County Golf and Country Club, announced that Jason had taken on an ownership role in their business. Although the details of Jason's investments remain private, it's likely that they didn't come cheap. 

In the 2023 documentary "Kelce," Kylie Kelce expressed disbelief over the fact that they had to shell out $4,000 to get a Super Bowl ticket for their toddler so that she could cheer Jason Kelce on from the sidelines. Reflecting on the clip in a February 2026 episode of the "Not Gonna Lie" podcast, Kylie revealed that even when an NFL athlete's team made it to the big game, they only got two free tickets and had the option to purchase an additional 13 tickets at full price. 

Then, the former field hockey player revealed that she and Jason had bought 13 additional tickets for the 2023 Super Bowl, which would have totaled a whopping $52,000. Moreover, it seems that NFL players have to pay out of their own pockets if they want their families to cheer them on at regular games as well. In a 2023 TikTok video, New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson's wife, Chanen Johnson, revealed that the "cheapest" NFL suites still came with an $18,000 price tag. Meanwhile, the more luxurious ones could cost a whopping $50,000. 

With that, it seems that the complete transformation of Jason Kelce's wife, Kylie Kelce into an NFL WAG would have brought additional expenses for the family. And, obviously, the party doesn't stop after an exclusive game-watching experience. According to The Sun's sources, Jason had splashed out over $1,000 on premium-quality meats for their parties and treated his guests to a curated selection of craft beers. 

It's no secret that Taylor Swift lives an outrageously lavish life. And thanks to Jason Kelce's associations with the pop star, he has had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet literal royalty. During a June 2024 episode of the "New Heights" podcast, Jason reflected on his meeting with William, Prince of Wales, Princess Charlotte, and Prince George at an Eras Tour show in London. The retired NFL center admitted that he felt slightly "emasculated" in the presence of the heir apparent before sharing that he only addressed him as "Your Royal Highness." 

Jason's associations with Swift also appeared to have led him to cross paths with music royalty Stevie Nicks. Jason got to collaborate with the former Fleetwood Mac frontwoman on a song called "Maybe This Christmas" for his charity album. During an October 2024 episode of the "New Heights" podcast, Jason confessed that he still couldn't quite believe he got to collaborate with someone as iconic as Nicks. Although several NFL players rub elbows with big names daily, there are still only a handful who can say that they've had experiences quite like Jason's.
