Bettina Anderson's Face Tune-Up Since Meeting Don Jr. Is Undeniable In These Pics

Bettina Anderson, daughter of Palm Beach philanthropists, appears to have always moved in elite circles among south Florida's well-heeled. Though she may have been known in that area, she didn't become a bold-faced name until she was attached to the president's oldest son, Donald Trump Jr.

As happens with controversial relationships, details are hazy as to when the couple got together. You may recall that Don Jr. was engaged to Kimberly Guilfoyle from 2020, and the split wasn't publicly announced until December 2024. In the meantime, he started appearing with Anderson. The socialite even attended the Republican National Convention held in July 2024, sitting in the Trump family's VIP area. (What's that we see? A red flag in Bettina Anderson and Donald Trump Jr.'s relationship?)

And that's not the only overlap we're clocking with Anderson and Guilfoyle. It seems that Anderson's face tune-up since meeting Don Jr. is pointedly obvious, at least based on older pics when Anderson had brunette hair and less of a Mar-a-Lago face. Need a quick explainer on what Mar-a-Lago face is and its worst offenders? Basically, it's when a woman's face is overly done with cosmetic procedures; i.e., the main CCs in her life aren't on her Chanel bag, but in her aesthetician's syringes.

Bettina Anderson looked particularly tuned-up at the State of the Union address in 2026

President Donald Trump publicly announced Bettina Anderson and his eldest son's engagement in December 2025. So, it's natural that Anderson was seated with the other Trump children's spouses for the State of the Union address in February 2026. What wasn't as natural, however, was her face. Anderson is a brand ambassador for Pure Skin Palm Beach medi-spa, and often discloses what procedures she has had done. We suspect the list was fairly long before this public appearance.

Bettina Anderson gets her temples plumped

In a Pure Skin Instagram reel, Bettina Anderson opened up about tending to the hollow area around her temples. She revealed she'd tried a few rounds of Sculptra, which is a dermal filler that claims to stimulate collagen and add volume to an area, but that "it was subtle." Looking for more temple plumpness, she then tried Renuva, which stimulates the body's fat-regenerating process to add volume to the area. "It was so noticeable for me, but really natural-looking and it just sort of filled me out," she revealed in the video.

Bettina Anderson's lips are noticeably plumper than in the past

Wondering what a lip flip is exactly? In short, it's using Botox on the lip to flip it up and make it look poutier. And that's exactly what Bettina Anderson has had done. She had lip fillers in the past, but had those dissolved, in favor of the more arguably natural looking flip. Peeking at pics from her past, we see that as recently as 2022, Anderson's upper lip is noticeably thinner than in her Don Jr. era; for example, her plumped pucker that was on display at an amfAR event in March 2025.

The future Mrs. Trump is no stranger to Botox

Bettina Anderson initially went to Pure Skin to have her acne and melasma treated. But she continued to seek treatments at the medi-spa, graduating to Botox injections, among other things. One aesthetician explained that with the Botox, she focused on "[Bettina's] upper face to make her eyes more open." At a Super Bowl party in New Orleans in February 2025, the then 38-year-old's taut, wrinkle-free forehead was on full display.

Bettina Anderson does PDGF for her under-eye area

According to Pure Skin Palm Beach, platelet derived growth factor (PDGF), an alternative to platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injectables, is one of Bettina Anderson's go-to treatments. The procedure is used to stimulate collagen and diminish fine lines, giving an overall refreshed appearance. Anderson's results were on display in July 2025, when she accompanied Don Jr. to Scotland. The socialite had a distinct youthful glow, and her skin appeared to be as smooth as ever.

Bettina Anderson is serious about skin maintenance

In September 2025, Pure Skin revealed that Bettina Anderson does a combo of gentle Tixel (heated titanium pins that stimulate collagen) and Moxi (a laser) to tackle fine lines, discoloration, and sun damage. Her even skin tone was on display at the April 2025 LIV Golf tournament in Miami. Anderson was very affectionate with beau Donald Trump Jr., to the point that media outlets noted that they couldn't keep their hands off each other.
