Love Is Blind Stars Who Sparked Plastic Surgery Rumors After Their Seasons

The Netflix reality series "Love is Blind" has become an audience addiction, spawning international spin-offs and dramatic reunion shows. While the relationship dynamics are irresistible, viewers have especially fallen in love with the memorable contestants and followed them as they adjust to life outside the love bubble. Former contestants have become stars in their own right and transformed into beloved personalities that fans enjoy keeping up with. So, when someone from "Love is Blind" makes a change to their appearance, the internet is bound to notice. It turns out that since their time on the show, several bachelorettes have made modifications to their faces and bodies. 

With social media posts that put the women's facial and anatomical changes on full display, plastic surgery experts have been trying to analyze exactly what types of procedures the girls have undergone. But many of the ladies have been upfront about their enhancements, joining the list of celebs who have confessed to plastic surgery. They have taken to their social media pages to confirm which techniques and procedures they have invested in, complete with details and recovery timelines. And one thing is for sure: these girls are unapologetic about the treatments they've received, explaining how the work has boosted their confidence and made them feel comfortable in their skin. Here is a look at some of the familiar faces from "Love is Blind" and how the lovely ladies have taken beauty into their own hands. 

Hannah Jiles was a contestant of the seventh season of "Love Is Blind" and fans were shocked to see the first photos of her after her season wrapped. Her thinner face and smaller waistline made her look like a completely different person. During an interview with Us Weekly, Jiles detailed the weight loss journey she had been on, losing roughly 75 pounds. She confessed that she'd had liposuction on her abdomen, back, and neck prior to her time on the series. After the show, she enhanced her face with lip filler and Botox. 

Chelsea Blackwell was a contestant on the sixth season of "Love Is Blind." In October 2024, she confessed to E! News that she had a tummy tuck done to remove fat and excess skin. Blackwell said that she waited until she was 30 before she decided to make permanent changes to her body. Blackwell has also been vocal about getting breast implants, something she said she'd planned to do for years. She also gotten filler and botox injections in multiple areas of her face. 

Alexa Lemieux found love during the third season of "Love is Blind" which led to her getting married and having a baby. But after welcoming her child, Lemieux admitted that breastfeeding had altered her body. After announcing that she was headed for divorce in 2025, Lemieux revealed in a TikTok video that she'd undergone a breast lift and implant. "This is a surgery that I have been wanting to do for quite some time now, really, since I stopped breastfeeding my daughter," Lemieux explained. "My girls just never set the same as they did before."

Ali Lima from the ninth season of "Love is Blind" confirmed on TikTok that she's only had surgery on her nose, but has much more experience with injections. It was speculated that she had Botox and fillers, and Lima confirmed she had done both. She's gotten Botox in her forehead, crows feet, jaw, and around her nose, and has gotten filler in her cheeks, lips, and chin. Lima has begun uploading videos of her regular plump and filler appointments on TikTok.  

Micah Lussier from the fourth season of "Love Is Blind" listed the work she's had done on her face in a TikTok video. She said her plastic surgery experience has included Sculptra in her temples to "stimulate collagen." She's had filler in her jaw, and she admitted that she regularly gets Botox in her forehead, crows feet, mid-chin, and in her masseters. Lussier added that every year or so, she touches up her lip filler but is dedicated to not overdoing that feature as much as she has in the past.

In 2024, an old photo of what appeared to be "Love is Blind" Season 6 contestant Jessica Vestal made the rounds on TikTok. While fans were convinced the photo was proof that she'd had surgical procedures to achieve her current appearance, Vestal took to the platform to confirm that the photo was not of her. A real photo of a younger Vestal later emerged which led fans to believe she'd only had some filler and Botox treatments. Vestal has confirmed that she had breast augmentation but announced she has pondered getting them removed (via E!
