Rebel Wilson's complete weight-loss transformation had quite the effect on her face. The changes that the "Pitch Perfect" star's face underwent as she lost over 80 lbs. are obvious in side-by-side photos taken in 2019 and 2025. The overall loss of volume has brought a minor loss of skin elasticity, which is particularly visible in her cheeks, neck, and the area around her lips and eyes.
