Landman Star Ali Larter's Most Inappropriate Outfits So Far

Veteran actor Ali Larter has had a complete transformation from her early years as a young model to her status as a Hollywood leading lady as an adult. She made a name for herself by appearing in movies like "Legally Blonde" and hit series like "Heroes," maintaining a steady career over the past few decades by proving her abilities to command the screen in dramas, thrillers, and horror franchises alike. In addition to her acting chops, Larter is known for her beauty and picturesque physique, which become more apparent with every appearance she makes. On the hit Paramount+ show "Landman," her character, Angela Norris, is known for her sultry outfits that show off her curvy body, and it's very familiar, as Larter herself has a history of wearing dresses that show off her body in risqué ways.

Larter turned 50 years old in February 2026 but doesn't look that different than she did when she made her big-screen debut at the turn of the century. Oh, and she's had no problem showing off her incredible figure at any point over the years. Body-hugging gowns and sexy bralette tops have been staples in Larter's wardrobe, as she's favored teeny-tiny garments that just barely circumvent an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction. Ultimately, from plunging necklines to compact cups and short skirts, Larter has proven time and time again that she's comfortable in outfits that offer minimal coverage.

Ali Larter showed her nipples and underwear in a see-through dress

Ali Larter is a vision of beauty who knows how to dress with style and chicness, but she doesn't seem to have the same grasp on the idea of subtlety. In November 2024, Larter attended a "Landman" screening in a dress that left little to the imagination. Her gown was made of a fabric so delicate that her undergarments could be seen underneath when light hit it. The dress didn't properly mask Larter's assets, causing the outline of her nipples to pop through the flimsy chest cups. The actor made it too obvious that she wasn't wearing a bra, and the deep neckline of transparent fabric made this outfit appear more like a unitard than a formal gown.

Skin-tight synthetic leotard fabric is something that people actually found attractive in the '80s, but by modern standards, it looks like a workout material that doesn't belong on a red carpet. In a different material or even a darker color — she did blend into the photo backdrop, after all — this outfit could've been a more appropriate choice. Ultimately, even the subtle side leg slit and ruching on the skirt sadly couldn't distract from what was going on up top.

Ali Larter's minidress looked like she bought it in the teen section

As a guest on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" in January 2026, Ali Larter sat down to chat in an outfit that looked somewhat immature on the star. She embraced a youthful sense of style by wearing a simple black minidress and stockings, but we wouldn't be surprised if Larter had picked up this dress in the juniors department, as it resembled the kind of outfit that girls would typically wear to a school dance in the mid-2000s.

Sadly, her attempt to style this little black dress in a casual way was a miss. The dress included a low scoop neckline with thin straps that kept her arms and much of her chest exposed. The skirt's hem cut off just below Larter's waist, leaving her long legs barely covered by sheer stockings. This would've been a great opportunity for Larter to make a fashion statement with a glamorous gown or fashion-forward menswear — even the quick addition of a stylish suit jacket could've elevated the look, though she still would've been close to flashing the audience.

Ali Larter barely covered her breasts at the 2007 Golden Globes

At the 64th Golden Globe Awards in January 2007, Ali Larter walked the carpet as her series "Heroes" was nominated in the best television series – drama category. The actor herself certainly brought some drama with her outfit, too. Larter wore a white dress with a sheath silhouette that was slightly cinched above the waist. The problem was that the dress' extremely low neckline plunged all the way down to her navel. The soft fabric provided no support to Larter's bust and scarcely covered her nipples, leaving the rest of her chest exposed.

The dress' straps had to work tirelessly in an attempt to hold up Larter's top half. Everyone could see her collar bone and clavicle, which felt quite revealing for such a formal even that unites the TV and film worlds. What's more, the length of the dress measured to the floor, which felt unbalanced compared to the skimpy top half of the gown. Perhaps a sizable statement necklace would've been a nice addition to bridge the gap. With the California sun hitting the light color of the soft fabric, it wouldn't be surprising if the dress had a few moments where it appeared to be see-through on the carpet.

At one of her first movie premieres, Ali Larter's shirt dress could barely stay up

"Final Destination" was the first notable film franchise that Ali Larter was a part of, and she celebrated by wearing an unconventional and unbecoming outfit at the film's Los Angeles premiere in 2000. There, Larter catered to a notable, controversial Y2K trend: dresses over pants. Her outfit was definitely a strange one, as it looked like only a single strand of thin pendant wire was holding up the garment. The top of the dress started under her arms before leading down to a plunging neckline that displayed with a thin, shiny accessory in the middle that narrowly connected the two top panels together. How the dress kept from slipping entirely off of Larter's person, we'll never know.

The dress also delivered shock value because its fabric looked incredibly flimsy, almost sloppy with its draped handkerchief hem. Its thinness barely provided any coverage, with only Larter's blond waves covering part of her shoulder blades. Pairing the dress with simple black pants and peep-toe heels — open-toed shoes are generally not considered formal — made Larter's ensemble look altogether unfortunate.
