Savannah Chrisley's Worst Hair Moments Over The Years

Helmed by husband and wife Todd and Julie Chrisley, the Chrisley clan has become reality-TV royalty since the premiere of USA Network's "Chrisley Knows Best" in 2014. Daughter Savannah Chrisley has been a public figure since first appearing on the show as a teenager, and she's grown into a big personality who hosts the podcast "Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley." Her many years in the spotlight haven't been without a few makeup mistakes from her and the Chrisley family at large, and the faux pas don't stop there, either. Savannah has suffered from a number of unfortunate hair mishaps over the years as well. 

Savannah is regularly seen donning her hair in a wavy blunt bob, one of 2024's most popular hairstyles that's still hanging on a few years later. Moreover, she's become known for her unmistakable side part and her thick strands of blond hair, though her locks aren't always perfect. From blowouts that left her hair flat to poor proportions, Chrisley has made her fair share of mistakes over the years, both on and off the pod.

In February 2017, Savannah Chrisley highlighted her youthful spirit with a messy bob. The cut was no doubt easy to maintain, but it incorrectly framed her face. Both halves of her hair felt disconnected as if they were two separate, distinct hairpieces rather than one cohesive mane. Furthermore, the back was teased too high, making it look unbalanced against the bottom, which cut off sharply at her neck. This lopsided approach also made Chrisley's tips appear limp in comparison. 

When her parents were pardoned and released from jail, Savannah Chrisley joined her father for a May 2025 press conference. Unfortunately, her hair wasn't well-groomed or professional-looking, which made her whole appearance look a little sloppy. Some online speculators wondered if Chrisley wore her hair at this length to act as a stand in for her mother, who has a similar hair look but didn't attend the press event, but either way, this wasn't her best hair day.

Savannah Chrisley just can't seem to master frizz management. This seems to be a long-standing problem for her, as she wrote in a March 2018 Facebook post, "I'll be the first to admit that I've had some bad hair days lol!" The post included before-and-after photos from an appointment with her hairstylist. The first depicted her frizzy tresses that looked sloppy and conflicting, while the second picture showed prominent waves that were under control in a pleasing platinum color (and extensions to boot).

Savannah Chrisley seemed to be channeling former first lady Jackie Kennedy Onassis with her bob in October 2025. While this hairstyle is meant to look professional and regal, it appeared too structural on Chrisley. Whether from its shape or hairspray use, the look was overly stiff and lacked movement. In some ways, it looked more like a wig because of this. Chrisley should have instead let her hair fall naturally around her neck to make the overall appearance less rigid. 

Savannah Chrisley rarely wears her hair straight, and the texture of her fine hair may be the reason why. She looked to have gotten a blowout for a recording of her podcast in March 2026, but while the blond strands cascaded across her neck in a wispy manner, Chrisley's mane appeared much less voluminous than normal. It didn't look to be heat-damaged, but any heat that was potetially applied to her hair certainly didn't help its overall appearance.

Savannah Chrisley cosplayed as a mid-life divorcee when she wore a short hairstyle that made her look older in March 2019. Not only was the large, flowy bob too mature for the reality star, who was only in her early 20s at the time, but this particular haircut also hit its prime nearly a earlier.
