Savannah Guthrie's NYC Lifestyle With Her Family Is So Lavish

The spotlight has been firmly fixed on "Today" anchor Savannah Guthrie in 2026 due to the tragic kidnapping of her mother, Nancy, who was taken from Guthrie's childhood home. Despite living through the tragedy, there have been an abundance of high points in her life. Yes, pics of Savannah Guthrie prove she keeps getting better with age, but her salary has also been on the incline. Her annual "Today" pay rate is reported to be above $8 million, a considerable bump from the $1 per hour she was paid at her first job bussing tables at a restaurant (per Cosmopolitan). And from the outside, it looks like she, husband Michael Feldman, daughter Vale, and son Charley, are enjoying the fruits of her morning show labors by living a lavish NYC life.

For starters, there's their $11.35 million townhouse in posh Brooklyn Heights, which was an upgrade from their previous Tribeca condo that had a $6.5 million price tag on it. Guthrie often posts pics on Instagram of the other fabulous things she and her family members get up to, including sporting events like NY Rangers hockey games, going to see the Mets play, and just-above-courtside seats at the US Open. Then there are primo seats at the Metropolitan Opera, and floor tickets for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour.

Savannah Guthrie's lavish lifestyle extends beyond NYC as well

Savannah Guthrie, who is unrecognizable in throwback pics from her local new days, has certainly worked her way up. And her lavish lifestyle isn't confined to the five boroughs of New York City, of course. She and her family have taken fabulous vacations together to Paris in 2024 and Palm Beach in 2025, where they rode bikes and played in the pool at their upscale hotel. Guthrie's taken her daughter to a holiday party at the White House, and her son to watch the Philadelphia Eagles play, from box seats, natch.

And then there's the family's weekend getaway, a second residence in Hudson Valley in upstate New York. Guthrie celebrated her 54th birthday at the Catskills escape in December 2025, with mom Nancy in attendance, as well as her husband and children. This outpost, purchased in 2014, features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a home gym to keep the TV star fit when she's away from the city. It's also where the family stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
