Before & After Pics Of Denise Richards' Facelift Are Absolutely Wild

Denise Richards had already joined the ranks of famous '90s actors who are practically unrecognizable now, before she ever had major cosmetic work done to her face. However, after she underwent a facelift in June 2025, her face showed even more noticeable differences, which were particularly evident in side-by-side photos taken in January 2025 and March 2026. In the after photo, the "Wild Things" star's face appears noticeably slimmed down due to the loss of volume in her cheeks. While her jawline has gotten sharper, her forehead appears more taut. Naturally, the facelift has also reduced the appearance of fine lines around her mouth and eyes.

Speaking to Allure in March 2026, Richards used one word to describe the changes in her face following the major surgery: "shocking." The model revealed that although she previously had minimally invasive procedures on her face, like Botox and filler, she was still afraid to undergo a facelift because she was would be unable to hide her face if things didn't go as planned. Thankfully, she was pleased with the results of her surgery, which included a facelift, an upper blepharoplasty, a brow and lip lift, and a fat grafting procedure.

Richards went on to gush about how the surgery had changed her life, saying, "When you get a facelift, once you heal, it's like night and day. You see a dramatic difference. It's given me ... a new lease on life. It's given me confidence." Ultimately, her only major regret was that she didn't take the leap sooner.

Denise Richards' transformation came with a hefty price tag

During a March 2024 Entertainment Tonight interview, Denise Richards' plastic surgeon revealed that she had walked into her appointment with a clear picture of what she wanted to look like and told him, "I just want to look fresh. I wanna look like myself." To achieve her goals, Richards had to shell out more than $200,000. Thankfully, Richards didn't become one of those celebrities who regretted their face tune-ups.

While Richards physically recovered from the surgery and possibly even its eye-watering cost, she also had to deal with her now-ex-husband, Aaron Phypers' jabs. In her Allure interview, Richards said that she was initially unsure about whether she wanted to join the ever-growing list of celebrities who have opened up about their plastic surgery experience. "I think I could have gotten away with, 'Oh, she looks so much better after her divorce,'" the former Bond Girl said. Unfortunately, her former spouse seemingly took away that option from her by telling someone that she had a "botched" facelift. Phypers supposedly hadn't stopped there and even sent paparazzi to a microneedling appointment Richards had scheduled to minimize the scars from her surgery.

Nevertheless, Richards was happy that she got to share her detailed plastic surgery experience on her own terms because she felt that it was important to be realistic about her transformation and not to chalk it up to a good skincare routine or lifestyle changes. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star didn't just open up about her experiences in the interview, but also took to Instagram to share before-and-after photos from the surgery, collaborating with her surgeon to offer a more in-depth perspective on all her procedures.
