Side-By-Side Pics Of Drew Barrymore Prove She's Aging Like Fine Wine

Drew Barrymore has spent practically her entire life in the public eye. As a member of the esteemed Barrymore family of actors, her foray into showbusiness began at only 11 months old when she started appearing in commercials. Barrymore rose to fame at 7 years old when she became known for her memorable role in "ET: The Extra Terrestrial." Ever since, all eyes have been on her as she navigated life in the spotlight. Barrymore has gone through a multitude of changes and transformations, but her timeless beauty and bubbly smile have always been a constant. As she turned 51 in 2026, it's hard to ignore how wonderfully Barrymore is aging.

As a tot, Barrymore was recognizable with her big eyes and blond curly bangs. She shifted towards edgier styles during her teen years, which reflected the struggles in her personal life and stayed true to the trending styles of the '80 and '90s. She cut her hair and experimented with makeup such as bold lip colors and dark eyeliner. In many ways, Barrymore is a celeb whose makeup never left the '90s, as she still pays tribute the makeup styles that she loved as a teenager. But she has matured when it comes to fashion and styling, and she has come to embrace a minimal look, especially when recording her daytime talk series "The Drew Barrymore Show."

Drew Barrymore established a healthy lifestyle as she became an adult

Perhaps the reason why Drew Barrymore is aging so well is because she was dedicated to overcoming the challenges she faced in her early years. (Barrymore went to rehab as a young teen to combat addiction). She has been open about her experiences by sharing inspiring quotes about sobriety from a celebrity perspective and healing from her past.

In addition to creating a healthy lifestyle for herself, Barrymore is also well-versed when it comes to makeup. She had her own cosmetics line for many years and doesn't mind showing off her bare face, as Barrymore looks flawless without makeup. She revealed that since entering menopause, her skin had become sensitive to a lot of makeup products, including those she'd used in the past. This caused her to simplify her routine. "I'm down to a very minimal regimen of bar soap, my Garnier micellar water to remove makeup, and vitamin E oil," she told Oprah Daily in 2024.

Her wardrobe has evolved as well, as Barrymore frequently wears suit jackets and menswear nowadays — a far cry from the short skirts and grunge clothing she wore in her youth. She ditched her memorable short blonde bob in favor of long wavy auburn locks which perfectly frame her face without making her skin look washed out. And by leading with her positive spirit, it's no wonder that Barrymore is aging in the most graceful way.
