HGTV Star Jenny Marrs Just Can't Dodge The Divorce Rumors

Jenny Marrs is trying to finally set the record straight about her marriage to Dave Marrs. Throughout 2025, fans and gossip blogs alike began to speculate that Jenny and Dave's 20-year-long relationship was on the rocks. For example, one Facebook user responded to a post about "Fixer to Fabulous" that actually seemed to be positive, "Their bickering and jabs are worse this season. It's not fun to watch."

Jenny, who has co-hosted the home-renovation series alongside Dave since the show's first season in 2019 , posted on Instagram on January 7, 2026, to shut down the divorce rumors. "Hi friends! Quick reminder that anything posted on Facebook NOT on my official page is most likely completely and totally made up," Jenny wrote on her story (via TV Insider). "I post on my page here on IG and typically share to my FB page. There are lots of fake pages pretending to be me or 'news outlets' or pages pretending to be HGTV. They are not us. HGTV would never post anything personal about us either!"

Given the fact that HGTV star Jenny Marrs and her family live quite a lavish life, it's no surprise that the couple claims to be content. Between their beautiful, twice-renovated Arkansas farmhouse, furniture and home goods collaboration with Better Homes & Gardens, and dreamy European holidays, the family of seven appears to be in good standing. 

Many HGTV viewers, from casual watchers to the fans who have been around long enough to see Jenny Marrs' complete transformation, have speculated about whether Jenny and hubby Dave Marrs' relationship is in good standing. In a 2024 Reddit thread, one viewer expressed that they didn't think Jenny and Dave got along very well on the show. While some commenters agreed, many noted that they felt the Marrs' relationship seemed authentic.

"They're not a supercouple on a soap opera ... they're two human beings with 5 kids and about a dozen companies going on at the same time," one person replied. Another wrote, "I like Jenny and Dave. They seem like one of the last down to earth couples doing these shows, I'm sure filming multiple takes gets annoying."

Jenny and Dave themselves have been very candid about their individual approaches to home renovation on "Fixer to Fabulous," emphasizing how their different personalities actually allow them to work better as a team. "Dave is very 'Let's just make a decision, let's move forward, let's just do it.' He's thinking of it more on a numbers, business perspective, a lot of times, and I'm thinking from the design creative perspective," Jenny explained in the pair's 2019 interview with AY Magazine. "We just think differently, but then also we work really well together because we know we think differently. We've been doing it for so long that we can play off each other's strengths."
