"Summer House" alum Ciara Miller is a fan favorite on the Bravo reality show, but she's now branching out to explore the world of modeling, media, and influencing — and much to her growing Instagram following's delight, makeup-free selfies are part of the deal. Clearly comfortable in her (beautiful) skin, Miller often appears on camera with little to no product on her face, though she serves up plenty of snatched moments to her fans. One such bare-faced selfie was posted in March 2026, and it shows a makeup-free Miller looking radiant in a relaxed bathroom shot.

"I love you and [your cat] Jasper's natural beauty, no makeup needed!" one fan gushed in the comment section. Even without a drop of product, Miller earned praise from others for her natural beauty. "I swear you're one of the most BEAUTIFUL women on this planet!" another commenter wrote, while another added, "The prettiest pretty that ever prettied!!! Gorgeous x infinity googolplexes!"

Back in 2024, Miller shared her go-to makeup products with Who What Wear, naming Makeup by Mario's MoistureGlow Plumping Lip Serum, as well as makeup that gives her the dewiest skin of her life. But to keep her skin looking good when she doesn't have her faves on hand, she shared that she does regular facials (aka one of the best skin treatments with minimal recovery time) with her West Village dermatologist, Paul Frank, M.D. "I am a person who struggled with acne my entire life, and hyperpigmentation has also been something that I've struggled with," she explained. "I do pico laser for my hyperpigmentation, but at home, [it's] always a tranexamic acid [and] I also love a mask." Luckily for curious fans, Miller later unpacked in more detail the skincare strategy that keeps her makeup-free face looking so gorgeous.

Ciara Miller's skincare strategy keeps her looking like a goddess

In March 2026, Ciara Miller delved further into her fool-proof skincare routine with The Cut, noting that she starts with Cetaphil's Nourishing Oil to Foam Facial Cleanser. She explained that she loves cleansers that foam, and uses them with hot water, though dermatologists generally recommend washing your face with lukewarm water. She also uses a more powerful scrub, like the Clearstem Antioxidant Infused Scrub Cleanser, a few times a week to fend off acne.

Next, Miller's a fan of Dr. Dennis Gross' Vitamin C Serum, which may benefit acne scars. "I have acne marks and hyperpigmentation," she shared. "I'm a Black girl who can't get rid of them." Having already told Who What Wear in 2024 that she loves to look glowy, Miller also uses Rhode's Glazing Milk and Laneige's Cream Skin Refillable Toner and Moisturiser, noting to The Cut, "I want to look intentionally oily. I want to look like I have Botox all over, snatched. I want my face to move, but I want it to look firm and plump."

The final piece in the puzzle — and it may be the most important element of all — is SPF. "I want to look like this when I'm 90," Miller admitted. She shared on Instagram back in 2024 that her favorite sunscreen is Peter Thomas Roth's Max Vitamin D-Fense Sunscreen Serum Broad Spectrum SPF 50, per Bravo. However, Miller is also a Neutrogena ambassador, having promoted the brand's Ultra Sheer Invisible Gel Face Sunscreen in the past. Whichever product she prefers, the reality star clearly understands how to look fresh-faced when you don't have makeup on.
