Demi Moore's Wellness Routine Leaves Room For Some Not-So-Healthy Treats: 'I'm Not Perfect'

Demi Moore is just as in demand in Hollywood in her 60s as she was during her early years in the '80s and '90s. The actor prioritizes her thriving career and her family – Demi Moore has three daughters who are absolutely gorgeous – and she also makes wellness a part of her everyday routine. The "Ghost" star opened up about maintaining her wholeness when gracing People's World's Most Beautiful cover in 2025. When it comes to her diet, the award-winning screen star sticks to a nutrient-dense vegetarian meal plan. "I don't eat meat. I do eat eggs," she said. But as disciplined as she is with her diet, the "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle" star admitted her one area of weakness is energy drinks. "I mean, I'm not perfect. I still do drink Red Bull," she said, adding, "I do love it. But not many. One."

Demi Moore's face has transformed over the years, but she is still as stunning as ever. To maintain her beauty, at the heart of Moore's wellness routine is good sleep and mindfulness. "I really like anchoring with a short meditation, journaling," Moore shared. She also believes "a big part of wellness is really inside out. And I've come to realize how important sleep is."

Demi Moore has learned to listen to her body

From "The Substance" to "Striptease" and even "GI Jane," much of Demi Moore's regarded work includes leading roles in body-centric films. For "The Substance," Moore earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress for her portrayal of an aging fitness star who went to great lengths to maintain her youth and beauty. Having spent most of her life in Hollywood, it was a role Moore could likely resonate with on a personal level, as she recounted periods in her career when she, too, went to extremes to maintain a look and figure she deemed worthy. "I did torture myself," Moore told People. "Crazy things like biking from Malibu all the way to Paramount, which is about 26 miles. All because I placed so much value on what my outsides looked like."

Demi Moore, who has had a stunning style transformation, has since learned the value of honoring her body by listening to it. "I trust when it tells me it needs something to eat, that it's thirsty. I listen to my body today, and I have a lot less fear," she shared. Plus, with the beauty industry shifting toward more longevity-driven products, Moore thinks the "quick fix" her character was going after in "The Substance" is unnecessary. "Longevity is not about resisting time, and now with all this great longevity science out there today, we can understand our skin's biology and give it the advanced tools it needs to thrive," she told Elle in 2026.
