Here's What Facts Of Life Star Nancy McKeon Looks Like Now

If you were a child of the '80s, chances are that if you heard the names Blair, Tootie, Natalie, and Jo, you knew the topic was "The Facts of Life." The NBC hit show ran for nine seasons, beginning in 1979 with a large ensemble cast. However, for the second season producers decided to narrow down the character list, letting go of some cast members and adding a new one, Jo, played by Nancy McKeon. Jo was the antithesis to preppy snob Blair. She rode a motorbike, had a spiky androgynous hairstyle (inspiration for your next salon visit!) that sometimes veered into mullet territory, and black eyeliner as her main makeup component. Decades later, what does McKeon, who turned 60 in April 2026, look like now?

Not exactly the same, but we can still see Jo in this pic of McKeon from late 2024. She's evolved her look, wearing a long hairstyle that's flattering on older women thanks to its soft layering. On an Instagram post from a November 2025 fundraiser, McKeon looked gorgeous with a full face of makeup, including raspberry lips and eyeliner that Jo would've appreciated. Her former co-star, Lisa Whelchel, who played Blair, commented, "Nancy, you look purely radiant and stunning. And the ones who know you, know this is simply a reflection of your beautiful soul."

Nancy McKeon has been notoriously private throughout her career, especially when it comes to her personal life, including when she dated fellow '80s icon, Michael J. Fox, who was in his Alex P. Keaton "Family Ties" prime. But fans were able to get a whole new perspective on McKeon when she joined season 27 of "Dancing with the Stars" in 2018.

At age 52, McKeon was paired with Val Chmerkovskiy for "DWTS." While the show is known for its over-the-top looks and a few spray tan fails that celebs want us to forget, McKeon looked amplified without looking scary. She even praised the beauty and wardrobe departments with how comfortable they make the contestants feel, especially those who are known to be more Jo than Blair. She and Chmerkovskiy came 11th in the contest. Though it wasn't perhaps the result she wished for, it was yet another chance for children of the '80s to see what Jo looks like now.
