When we think of celebrities with famous sisters, it's easy for our minds to instantly land on some of Hollywood's most well-known siblings. You may immediately think of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, or acting powerhouses Dakota and Elle Fanning, or maybe supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid. Perhaps talented siblings Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal come to mind, or tennis legends Venus and Serena Williams, or maybe even Mary-Kate, Ashley, and Elizabeth Olsen. But what about the stars you never knew had famous sisters? For many of these celebs, their sisters also have distinguished careers in showbusiness, whether it's behind the scenes, on camera, or even on stage.

There are a number of celebrities with gorgeous sisters, although some of them prefer to live more private lives than their famous siblings. Others, however, are equally as talented as the celebs they're related to, and many even have their own following of fans. You may have already known both siblings in a famous duo without ever connecting the dots to realize they're related, which is why we're taking a closer look at some of the celebrities you didn't know had famous sisters.

Penelope Cruz's sister Monica is a famous dancer and actor in Spain

Penélope Cruz's talents must run in her family, as she is the older sister of Mónica Cruz, a successful actor and dancer in Spain. With three years between them in age, Penélope and Mónica grew up in a suburb of Madrid, Spain with their mother, the late talk show host Encarna Sánchez, and father Eduardo Cruz. They were both professionally trained in dance at a young age, although Penélope eventually moved away from their hometown to make a name for herself in Hollywood. Penélope then went on to have a highly successful acting career, notably starring in American films like "Vanilla Sky" and "Blow." Meanwhile, Mónica found success of her own back home, starring in the Spanish TV series "Un Paso Adelante" and the soap opera "Arrayán" between 2001 and 2005. She has since appeared in a number of other shows, films, and music videos.

But not everything the Cruz sisters have accomplished professionally has been on their own. Together, they have been designing clothing collections for various fashion companies for years, and Mónica even served as Penélope's body double in the 2011 film "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides." According to the Irish Independent, Mónica was used to stand in for her big sister while Penélope was pregnant with her son, Leo. "We actually asked Monica to help us out with some of the wide shots and some of the long shots when we needed a different silhouette," the film's director, Rob Marshall, told the outlet, calling Mónica a "real friend to the film."

Lady Gaga's sister Natali is a talented fashion designer

Lady Gaga's younger sister has been supporting her career as a musician since day one, but Natali Germanotta has also paved her own path to success in the fashion industry. Natali, who is six years younger than the "Abracadabra" singer, was still in high school by the time her big sister broke out on the music scene, but she was determined to make a career for herself without depending on Gaga's connections. In 2014, Natali graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York City, and went on to work under notable designers like Allison Parris and Brandon Maxwell. She has since created her own clothing lines and founded the fashion house Topo Studio in 2021, through which she has made some of Lady Gaga's custom stage looks and red-carpet attire.

Natali has designed fashion pieces for many memorable moments in Lady Gaga's career, like stage looks for her 2022 "Chromatica Ball" Tour, and the gorgeous mint green feathered gown she wore while accepting her 13th Grammy award. Natali was also the mastermind behind a few of the looks for her sister's "Mayhem Ball" Tour, as Topo Studio is credited with designing the custom chiffon dress that Lady Gaga wore while singing "Alejandro," as well as the draped ivory bodysuit worn during her performance of "Paparazzi."

As proven by many of Lady Gaga's biggest fashion risks we'll never forget, she isn't afraid to step completely out of the box when it comes to her personal style. But even her own sister has questioned some of her eccentric style choices on occasion. Natali previously admitted to Teen Vogue in 2011, "Some of the stuff she wears I'd be like, 'No, never.'"

Michelle Randolph's sister Cassie was a winner on The Bachelor

Anyone who watches "1923" or "Landman" must know blond bombshell Michelle Randolph by now, but did you know she also has a famous sister? Fans of Bachelor Nation probably remember Cassie Randolph from Season 23 of "The Bachelor," which aired in 2019. Cassie was one of the contestants on Colton Underwood's explosive run as the titular star, and she even ended up winning the final rose. But instead of ending the season with a romantic proposal, Cassie and Colton decided to keep dating after the show aired, before ultimately going their separate ways in May 2020. Since then, Cassie has maintained a relatively quiet life, and married musician Brighton Reinhardt in 2025. Although, she certainly isn't the only Randolph sister to attract a public fascination with her personal life, as rumors about Michelle Randolph's love life keep swirling.

Just like her big sis, Michelle also has a history with reality TV. Both sisters appeared on the reality series "Young Once," which followed the lives of a group of students at Biola University in Southern California. The show introduced them to the world of reality TV that Cassie would later experience again on "The Bachelor," whereas Michelle instead shifted her focus to more scripted roles. She appeared as Elizabeth Stafford in the first two seasons of the "Yellowstone" spinoff "1923," and was later cast to play Ainsley Norris on the Paramount+ series "Landman." Michelle also scored a coveted movie role in the horror sequel "Scream 7," which hit theaters in early 2026.

Michelle Pfeiffer's sister Dedee followed in her acting footsteps

Michelle Pfeiffer isn't the only successful actor in her family; her younger sister Dedee Pfeiffer has also made a name for herself on screen. You might recognize Dedee from a number of popular TV shows, including ABC's "Big Sky." She starred as Denise Brisbane in all three seasons of the series until it wrapped in 2023. Earlier on in her career, Dedee had prominent roles in shows like "Cybill" and "For Your Love," which ran during the late '90s and early 2000s. She later took a 10-year hiatus from Hollywood to focus on her health and her family, raising her kids as a single mother and working to overcome an alcohol addiction. She also received a master's degree in social work from UCLA during her time off from acting.

Dedee has since opened up about her experience with addiction and recovery, and she has directly rejected the notion that being the younger sister of a Hollywood superstar like Michelle contributed in any way to her substance issues. She told Page Six in 2022, "I think people would love to say that being Michelle Pfeiffer's sister has anything to do with any of my issues, and — excuse me — I can tell you right now: no, no, and no." Instead, Dedee had nothing but positive things to say about growing up with Michelle as her big sister, adding at the time, "She's one of the most amazing, beautiful, smart, compassionate women I know, and I'm lucky to say she's my sister. Are you kidding me? That's a plus, not a minus."

Rachel McAdams' sister is behind some of her best beauty moments

She may not be a famous actor like sister Rachel McAdams, but Kayleen McAdams has paved the way for her own successful career in Hollywood. Kayleen, who is roughly four years younger than Rachel, is a professional makeup artist with an impressive list of celebrity clients. She first became interested in the industry when she visited Rachel on the set of the 2004 blockbuster film "The Notebook," and enrolled in makeup school shortly thereafter. She has since established herself as a trusted expert in the industry, and is responsible for many of her sister's best red-carpet beauty moments.

Rachel has said that having Kayleen around during the glam process helps her remain centered before attending star-studded events. "Kayleen has a very calming effect on me," she shared with HuffPost. "Spending two hours with her beforehand sets me for the night." And Rachel isn't the only A-list celeb to trust her sister with doing her makeup, as Kayleen's portfolio features a number of other notable celebrity clients, like Sofia Vergara, Sadie Sink, Natalie Portman, Jessica Biel, Amy Poehler, and Riley Keough, just to name a few.
