Despite Paris Jackson's stunning style transformation, one of the saddest parts of her history is that she didn't have a relationship with her mother until she turned 15. "I remember coming downstairs, and she was in the living room with my grandma," she told Alex Cooper on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast in August 2026. "I came in. I was just like, 'Hey, Mom,' and she was like, 'Hi.' I sat down. We talked for a second. Then we went out for the day and just hung out."
Thankfully, that was the start of a reunion between the mother-daughter pair, who Jackson says are "very similar." She even has a star-sign theory for why she and her mother get along so well, pointing out that her Aries star sign was compatible with Rowe's. "She's a Sagge, so she's got the fire, and I'm an Aries, so I got the fire."
Back in 2021, Jackson also spoke about their similarities with Willow Smith on an episode of "Red Table Talk." "It's cool. Getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, getting into what kind of music she likes, and she really likes country and folk," Jackson said. She also shared a picture of Rowe when she was around her age, adding, "We look a lot alike. It's just cool having her as a friend. It's very chill, which I love. It's the perfect word to describe it."
