Remember Lucy From 7th Heaven? She's Absolutely Stunning Decades Later
For 11 seasons, she played dramatic middle child Lucy Camden on "7th Heaven." In 2026, 30 years after the show premiered in 1996, actor Beverley Mitchell looks gorgeous and happy at the age of 45. Though she ditched her signature bangs and layered locks, Mitchell was still easily recognizable with her energetic smile and straight blond below-the-chin bob while attending the Global Down Syndrome Foundation's 18th Annual Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show in 2025. At the event, Mitchell stayed true to her simple yet chic style with neutral makeup that showed off her natural beauty. In a "get ready with me" video she posted in 2025, Mitchell admitted that even after years of having her makeup professionally done, she still struggles with applying it herself. In a humorous caption, Mitchell wrote, "I did a GRWM which is not a suggestion of how to get ready but more a call out for help and suggestions because guys, this girl is a mess!" But she did offer one helpful tip – using tinted moisturizer as a foundation for the SPF benefits.
Beverley Mitchell isn't afraid to keep it real
It's hard to believe 30 years has passed since Beverley Mitchell began her life as a Camden, especially when she appears to never age. So how exactly does she maintain her youthful appearance? When it comes to her skin, Mitchell told E! News she's a big advocate for a popular cleansing technique. "I am a huge fan of the K-Beauty philosophy of double cleansing," she said. As a busy mom of three, Mitchell said she also uses essential oils to stay balanced and well-rested.
But it isn't just Mitchell's outward beauty that fans are drawn to. In fact, her inner beauty and courage to speak candidly is what makes her so relatable, as shown in a makeup-free selfie she posted on Instagram in 2019. In her Instagram post, Mitchell wrote, "I don't post this for your love, I post this out of pride for the woman I have become! I used to be crippled by what people thought of me and now I honestly don't care."
Mitchell has managed to stay close with several of her on-screen siblings on their podcast "Catching up with the Camdens."
