  • While working for Bustle, Paris once interviewed (and bantered a bit) with Bridgerton's breakout star, RegĂ©-Jean Page, ahead of his Armani collaboration.
  • She was a part of a small pool of journalists invited to watch Michelle Obama surprise and chat with a group of college students at Detroit's Motown Museum.
  • Her closet is filled with vintage and thrifted pieces, evidence of her obsession with the intersection of style, history, and storytelling.

Experience

Paris has assumed various roles in print and digital media for more than 15 years. As a fashion obsessive, she started covering the fashion merchandising department's student runway shows and the like for her college paper. This led to a fruitful freelancing career spotlighting Detroit's broader arts and culture scene. Notably, she was senior editor of the area's largest Black lifestyle magazine, a beauty and wellness writer at Bustle, and a newsletter editor at Chicago Parent. As a writer for Glam, Paris enjoys taking on red carpet news, celebrity beauty secrets, and the latest trends and style must-haves.

Education

Paris earned a bachelor's degree in journalism at Wayne State University.
