You don't have to be an athlete to love CELSIUS energy drinks. The trendy beverage is a global favorite and it's easy to see why. CELSIUS, which came onto the scene in 2004 with its line of flavored fitness energy drinks, is being hand-delivered to college students nationwide through the brand's Fit Stops event series. Where was the latest happening? None other than beautiful, sunny Southern California! The CELSIUS San Diego State University Fit Stop event was held at Snapdragon Stadium (the university's football stadium), and was packed with swag, giveaways, photo ops, and more.

Encouraging students to #CELSIUSLiveFit, the event was fitness-focused, with "The Bachelorette" alum Tyler Cameron and celebrity personal trainer Phil Fit leading students through a series of full-body workouts. To further pump up the party, DJ duo Two Friends performed live to keep everybody moving and motivated.

Students will get to work out with The Bachelorette's Tyler Cameron

Fans of ABC's Bachelor Nation will remember 30-year-old Tyler Cameron from season 15 of "The Bachelorette." His interest in being onscreen didn't end there, and you can currently see him undergo the ultimate test of strength and stamina on this season of Fox's reality series "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test," where celebrities are put through a slew of physically-demanding challenges inspired by military training.

All it takes is one glance at Cameron's Instagram to see just how passionate the reality star is about health and fitness, making him the ideal frontman to lead CELSIUS' Fit Stops series. The former athlete recently spoke with CelebWell about why working out is so important to him. "If you got an issue or got a problem going on in your mind or in work or whatever it is, like go out and swim, whether it's a run or whether it's a workout, I guarantee by the time you get done with that real good sweat, it's not gonna be that big of an issue to yourself anymore."

As a CELSIUS brand partner, Cameron will help highlight the importance of health and wellness amongst the college student population, many of whom often spend long hours seated in class or staying up late cramming for exams, amongst other potentially unhealthy lifestyle habits.

Students will get to sample new CELSIUS Essential Flavors

An additional buzzy perk of the event was the opportunity for students to try out samples of CELSIUS' new line of energy drinks called CELSIUS ESSENTIALS – a much-needed reprieve from bicycle crunches and resistance band leg lifts.

Coming in 16-ounce cans, CELSIUS ESSENTIALS is currently available in four fruity flavors: Blue Crush, Cherry Limeade, Dragonberry, and Orangesicle. The new collection contains the same tried and true ingredients of green tea extract, guarana seed extract, ginger root, vitamin C, and vitamin B. However, the added benefits of amino acids, which help support muscle health and boost mood and focus, might be the most appealing ingredient for active college students.

And if you think the drink is just a thirst-quenching flavor bomb with a lot of healthy hype, think again. The drinks are actually backed by studies conducted across six universities and published in peer-reviewed journals, proving their unique benefits are legit.

CELSIUS University

This isn't the first time CELSIUS has been involved in the collegiate community. Previously, the company launched CELSIUS University and the Student Marketing Ambassadors Program. This means that students don't have to wait until graduation to launch their careers. Twice a year, they have the opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience by boosting CELSIUS brand awareness on campus.

The program was implemented across 17 university campuses in the summer of 2022. Just one year later, the program has grown to include 65 universities. In that same year, their number of brand ambassadors grew by 900% from 17 paid ambassadors to 170. Presently, the program shows no signs of slowing down. Students who would like to participate can apply directly on the CELSIUS website.

For those interested in attending the Fit Stops tour or seeing if their college is going to be included, be sure to check the brand out on Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat @CELSIUSOfficial for locations, dates, and times.
