What Ivanka Trump Looks Like Makeup-Free

Like many of the women in the Trump circle, Ivanka Trump puts her best foot forward when it comes to her public image. As Donald Trump's eldest daughter — and someone who's been heavily involved in his political campaigning and business affairs — Ivanka is often scrutinized by the eyes of the world. So, it makes sense that she's rarely seen without makeup — even if she's not as heavy-handed as Kimberly Guilfoyle, who has the worst case of the "Mar-a-Lago face" aesthetic. 

"I don't wear a lot of face makeup," the mother of three said on "The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast" in January 2025, adding that she prefers to rely on concealer over foundation and that her go-to product that she's been using since she was 14 is Estée Lauder's Maximum Coverage. "I prefer to focus on skincare rather than makeup," she went on. "So I like a good mascara, especially when I feel tired, but I feel like when my skin looks good and feels good, I feel good." 

Though Ivanka's makeup routine is simple, it seems to be the norm most days. A February 2025 gym selfie posted on Instagram shows the former political advisor rocking mascara or false lashes even for her workout, and she similarly appears to be wearing eye makeup during a January 2024 skiing trip. But the few times Ivanka has gone completely makeup-free have made it obvious that her commitment to skincare is paying off. "I love, like, serums and moisturizers," she confirmed on the aforementioned podcast. "I just like feeling hydrated ... I'm a sunblock fanatic." Ivanka doesn't have to worry about choosing the best sunscreen for her skin, either, as she revealed that she has different types for different purposes, from all-white zinc for water sports to lighter daily face SPF. The result? An even, blemish-free complexion that makes it easy to understand why she's one of the Trump women who goes without makeup at times.

Ivanka Trump sticks to a glam look for most of her public appearances, whether they're political or not. One of the exceptions is a pandemic-era Instagram video in which she boasts a stripped-down look with no makeup whatsoever. Usually, if she's rocking a fresh face, it's because she has some downtime to herself. In January 2023, she and husband Jared Kushner snuck away to rural New York for a winter escape, and Ivanka posted some snaps from their time in the woods. Rugged up in a winter raincoat, Ivanka looks relaxed and fresh without a hint of skin or eye makeup as she shows off her smooth complexion.

A sports enthusiast, Ivanka also often posts photos from her athletic escapades on social media. A reel from September 2022 shows the former political advisor having the time of her life wakeboarding in a one-piece striped suit, again without makeup. Another wakeboarding reel posted in June 2024 shows a makeup-free Ivanka basking in the fresh air and salty sea breeze. Fast-forward to 2025, and a carousel of pics from her trip to Costa Rica shows more evidence of her fresh-faced beach style, where she swapped the usual products for bikinis and serenity. 

Along with her sports-related posts, Ivanka often boasts a fresh face during free time with her family. A March 2025 trip to New York City saw Ivanka wearing very little makeup as she visited landmarks in the Big Apple, and she rocked a similarly minimal look for a fall post in October '22 in which her natural skin glows in the autumn sun.
