How Laura Loomer's Face Has Transformed Over The Years, According To Our Plastic Surgeon

As with many women in Donald Trump's sphere, political activist Laura Loomer's face has undoubtedly transformed over the years, even falling into the "Mar-a-Lago face" trap as one of its worst offenders. Thanks to injectables (and possibly more), she's following in the footsteps of Kimberly Guilfoyle and her dramatic face transformation, which a plastic surgeon previously broke down for us. As such, we tapped board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole, founder and medical director of CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in Newport Beach, California, to analyze what work he believes Loomer has had done to her face.

"Overall, her appearance shows signs of multiple aesthetic procedures, especially in the forehead, lips, cheeks, lower eyelids, and possibly the lower face," Dr. Niccole exclusively tells Glam. He also believes that she may have had a botched nose job at some point. The tell-tale sign? "Looking at her nose, it appears crooked and asymmetrical. It doesn't look like a good nose job," says Dr. Niccole. But what does he think about the rest of her work?

Our plastic surgeon suggests numerous procedures in Laura Loomer's past

When it comes to the face transformation of conservative activist Laura Loomer, plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole points to a number of procedures she has likely had. For starters, he says, "There's no question she's had a lot of Botox. Her forehead looks completely frozen." What about the lips, cheeks, and eyes? "Her lips are definitely enhanced, and she appears to have a lot of fillers in her cheeks. Her lower eyelids also show signs of work; she's likely had fillers there, possibly fat grafting, Juvéderm, or another synthetic option," he exclusively explains to Glam, adding, "I'd say she's had her lower eyelids operated on at some point, either with skin removal or volume added with stem cell fat or filler."

Aside from a possible nose job, does Dr. Niccole think Laura Loomer has gone under the knife? "She may have also had a facelift, or at least some work in the lower face," he suggests. "There are irregularities in her chin and lower cheek area. That could be aging, but it also suggests something may have been done surgically or with aggressive fillers."

Is there hope for Loomer, who turned 32 in May 2025, to get her face looking less plasticized? Yes, says Dr. Niccole. "Less filler in her lips would benefit her. Right now, they're overdone. Also, less filler in her cheeks would help restore a more balanced and natural appearance," he concludes. We'll see whether the controversial activist continues her syringe love affair or if she joins the growing number of women dissolving their fillers in favor of the "untouched look," a natural-looking injectable trend that's been gaining momentum in recent years.
