How Ivanka Trump's Face Has Transformed, According To Our Plastic Surgeon

As the eldest daughter of President Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump has been in the spotlight since she was young. She explored modeling as a teenager in the '90s, but her career has shifted quite a bit since. Today, she's mainly known as a businesswoman who played a major role in her father's first administration. Thanks to her famous name, every move she makes is thoroughly followed, and here at Glam, we mostly like to dissect her bold fashion and beauty choices. From Ivanka Trump's head-turning outfit at Lauren Sánchez's wedding to the outdated hair accessory Ivanka Trump appears to wear, the first daughter always provides a topic of discussion. And today, our sole focus is her face.

It's no secret that plastic surgery is as common as, say, lash extensions in the world of the rich and famous, but unfortunately, many still refuse to admit to having work done. Luckily, experts in the industry can spot changes, which is why we enlisted the help of board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Frederick Weniger from Hilton Head, South Carolina. "At 43, Ivanka Trump still maintains a very polished and youthful appearance, but like anyone in that age range, the natural aging process begins to reveal itself in more nuanced ways," Dr. Weniger shares exclusively with Glam. "Over the years, [her] appearance has undergone a number of refinements that, in my opinion, suggest a well-executed series of cosmetic procedures. Comparing early photos from her modeling days to more recent images, the changes are subtle but telling." Dr. Weniger adds that skin maintenance also plays a major role in her youthful appearance, adding that she most likely uses "lasers, radiofrequency tightening, and neuromodulators like Botox, especially around the eyes and forehead."

This is what Ivanka Trump may have done to her face

Before Dr. Frederick Weniger delved into any potential procedures that Ivanka Trump may have undergone, the expert clarified that some changes in the face occur naturally with age. "She has lost a lot of facial volume (fat) over three decades," Dr. Weniger tells us exclusively. The plastic surgeon explains that loss of volume in the face can dramatically change one's features, making a face look almost entirely different. "In her teens, she had generous facial volume with plump cheeks," the expert says, adding that the loss of volume "made all of her features sharper, so it is more challenging to tell what changes point to cosmetic procedures."

When it comes to Ivanka Trump's cheeks and jaw, Dr. Weniger has spotted numerous changes, telling us that "enhancement of her chin and a sharpening of the jawline" seems to have occurred. The expert also adds that her cheeks are more defined and lifted. "There is reason to believe she's had subtle cheek enhancement," the plastic surgeon adds. "Early photos show a flatter midface, while more recent images show little change in the high cheek/lower eyelid area." The surgeon explains that this could have been easily achieved with fillers. What most tend to notice about Ivanka Trump's facial changes first is the appearance of her nose. "As a teen, Ivanka had a broader nasal bridge and a more rounded tip," Dr. Weniger explains. "Now the bridge appears narrower and the tip more defined." This suggests that the first daughter may have had a rhinoplasty.

Ivanka Trump might decide to get certain procedures done in the future

Apart from the procedures he believes Ivanka Trump has had done, Dr. Frederick Weniger shared with us the procedures he believes she might be drawn to soon. "Even with a strong chin and jawline, the skin and tissues beneath the skin will become looser and start to shift," he tells us exclusively. "A lower face and neck lift wouldn't be something she needs now, but in the next 5 to 10 years, it could restore jawline and neck definition."

The plastic surgeon also adds that Ivanka Trump's midface, like anyone else's, is going to lose even more volume as she ages, and her current approach to that might not be as natural anymore. "While she may already be using fillers to address these changes, switching to fat grafting could offer longer-term improvement with a softer, more natural contour that doesn't have to be refreshed every six months," he tells us. Apart from this, he explains that the first daughter might need to reconsider Botox and opt for a more permanent solution. "She is getting to the point in her 40s where Botox in the forehead causes more problems than it fixes. At some point soon, she will need to consider a surgical brow lift, possibly with the addition of a minimal skin excision from her upper eyelids." Of course, only time will tell whether Ivanka Trump undergoes any additional procedures or simply embraces the natural changes that come with aging.
