How Priscilla Presley's Face Has Transformed Over The Years, According To Our Plastic Surgeon

There's probably a picture that pops into your mind when you think of Priscilla Presley, and that's because she's had one of the most well-known faces in show business since she was a teenager. Her iconic makeup routine became so well-known that even Priscilla Presley's signature eyeliner style is making a comeback, but it wasn't just the lashes, lipstick, and beauty mark that made her as beautiful as she is. So, we asked board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Raja Mohan from Dallas, Texas, what cosmetic procedures he thinks she's had done over the years.

"In her earlier photographs, her features are softer and more natural, with well-balanced proportions in her lips, cheeks, and jawline. In later images, there are clear changes that suggest both surgical and non-surgical interventions," Dr. Mohan exclusively tells Glam. He notes that when she was young and just entering the public eye, she likely hadn't had any work done yet, but he now sees drastic changes in her lips, cheeks, eyebrows, and general skin texture and tightness. "Her lips are one of the most noticeable differences," he explains, noting that lip fillers, fat grafting, or implants could be at play. "The volume looks somewhat uneven, which can occur with overfilling or repeated injections."

Moving up on her face, Dr. Mohan says, "Her brows and forehead appear elevated, suggesting a brow lift or the frequent use of Botox." An eyelid procedure called a blepharosty isn't off the table, either, with Dr. Mohan noting that "the skin around the eyes looks smoother than expected ..." This eyelid procedure has been trendy in recent years, after all. Finally, Dr. Mohan explains that Presley's skin generally "suggests a history of resurfacing procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, or dermabrasion. These are often used to reduce wrinkles and improve tone, but when combined with multiple fillers and surgical lifts, they can contribute to a less natural appearance."

Cosmetic procedures Priscilla Presley may want to consider in the future

As a follow-up to our initial inquiry about what Priscilla Presley has had done, we asked Dr. Raja Mohan if he had any suggestions for procedures she may want to consider moving forward. Dr. Mohan notes again how many of her features appear overfilled, so if anything, she may want to consider getting some dissolved, "especially in areas where the volume has migrated or is distorting her natural bone structure," he says. "Reducing that excess product would soften her appearance and restore more natural facial definition," he explains. To his point, everyone seems to be dissolving their fillers in recent years, so she'd be jumping on another trend.

The plastic surgeon tells us that as Presley grows older, her emphasis shouldn't be on filling, but rather tightening. He recommends going under the knife as a potential solution: "Treatments such as fractional laser resurfacing, radiofrequency-based skin tightening, or even a surgical facelift, if she desires a more dramatic refresh, could help address skin laxity and fine wrinkles." Additionally, he notes that another blephorasty could counter droopy eye skin, while a neck lift could help tighten skin under the face. Ultimately, Dr. Mohan says, "The key for her is restraint. Instead of adding more filler, reducing what has already been placed and complementing that with procedures that enhance skin quality and lift would give her a softer, more youthful, and natural look."
