Red Flags In Christina Haack's Newest Relationship From Our Matchmaker

In the spring of 2025, news broke of real estate television star Christina Haack's new relationship with Christopher Larocca, the CEO and president of Network Connex. Of course, anyone who has been keeping up with Haack's love life over the past decade couldn't help but be sceptical of her new romance. The HGTV star has had quite a few turbulent relationships, which is why we've enlisted the help of Susan Trombetti, matchmaker and CEO of Exclusive Matchmaking, who shared with us her professional opinion on Haack's newest love life developments.

"Sure, she can say that she has anxious attachment syndrome and co-dependency issues that she is working on, but there are major red flags here with this relationship still," Trombetti explains exclusively to Glam, adding that even her ex-husband "Tarek El Moussa, who appeared unstable at the end of their marriage, appears to have it more together." With the recent Christina Haack relationship rumors that everyone's whispering about, we're not surprised that Trombetti doesn't really see a long future for her current relationship.

With three divorces behind her, Christina Haack doesn't have a great track record

While she is in her early 40s, Christina Haack already has three divorces behind her. She was married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 until 2018, when they parted ways, but continued working together on their hit HGTV show "Flip or Flop." In fact, Haack has since seemingly grown close to El Moussa's new wife, "Selling Sunset" star Heather Rae El Moussa. Their taste in men isn't the only thing the two ladies have in common, as Christina Haack and Heather El Moussa also seemingly love inappropriate school outfits. From 2018 to 2021, Haack was married to television star Ant Anstead, and in 2021, she tied the knot with her last husband, real estate agent Josh Hall. By 2025, the two had gotten divorced, and Haack was onto a new man.

"She is 42 with three divorces in the last seven years, and now this relationship is on the heels of the last divorce," Susan Trombetti tells us exclusively. "There has been no healing between divorces. She just jumps back in at warp speed, and from what I see, she is doing it again with [Christopher] Larocca," the expert adds. "She needs to process her relationship and her part in the failures before diving in." How to work through the grieving process of a divorce is something every married person who is separating should explore, but it certainly seems as if Haack tends to skip that part.

Christina Haack's new boyfriend isn't used to the spotlight

A major reason why plenty of relationships in the spotlight tend to fail is the added pressure of everyone watching every single move they make. While Christina Haack has had quite a bit of experience with having her romance exposed so publicly, Christopher Larocca hasn't really dated a woman in the spotlight (at least, not to our knowledge).

"TV and some level of fame and the spotlight are involved here, which is always problematic," Susan Trombetti shares exclusively with Glam. "When they were spotted dating, Larocca said he had so many calls from the tabloids and paparazzi to field," Trombetti adds. "This added extra pressure for him. It can cause someone to walk away, or attract them for the wrong reasons." Trombetti shares that it seems as if Haack needs to work on herself in a relationship, given that she tends to go public with her new partners very quickly. "She claims to feel insecure in relationships and it appears she craves a lot of validation," Trombetti tells us. "She goes from 0 to 60 in a relationship with lightning speed. This one went public way too quick. She must really need that attention and be unable to be on her own for a long time."
