Sylvester Stallone's Daughters Are Grown Up And Gorgeous Now
Having a celebrity as your parent can be hard to navigate, but it's easier to handle when you have a great group of siblings by your side. Such is the case for movie star Sylvester Stallone and his daughters: Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet Stallone. The trio of Gen-Z and zillennial women are astonishingly beautiful and making a name for themselves in the world of entertainment. From podcasting to acting and modeling, the Stallone sisters are a multitalented group.
Sylvester shares his three daughters with wife Jennifer Flavin, and while the two largely kept their kids out of the public eye, they did get to celebrate their girls publicly back at the 2017 Golden Globes. There, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet were named Miss Golden Globe, a role where the child or children of a famous Hollywood actor hands out Golden Globe statues to winners during the ceremony. The ladies looked fabulous, stunning the cameras in chic matching black minidresses. Their impeccable fashion sense made the trio look timeless, a clear distinction from the worst Golden Globes looks of all time.
Since then, the world has gotten to know each member of the Stallone family on the Paramount+ reality show "The Family Stallone." Fun fact: Not only do the sisters share the same parents; they also share the same middle name: Rose. Beyond their names, though, each of the Stallone daughters is unique and impressive, forging their own path in life.
Book-smart Sophia Rose Stallone is focused on her future
Sylvester Stallone's third child and eldest daughter, Sophia Rose Stallone, was born on August 27, 1996. Unfortunately, Sophia was born with a congenital heart defect, which caused her to need heart surgery when she was just 2 months old, and she sadly had to have a second surgery when she was a teenager.
In 2017, Sophia opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about her upbringing, which was largely out of the spotlight other than attending occasional premieres of her father's films. "Everyone else who has famous parents, they're always in the public eye. But my mom was very about education, staying grounded, family," she told the outlet. She expressed interest in being an entrepreneur with intention to run her own line of fashion and makeup. On "The Family Stallone," she shared that she's in the process of writing her own novel.
Sylvester posted on Instagram in May 2019 that Sophia had graduated from the University of Southern California. While she originally was planning to major in art history, she earned a degree in communications with a minor in entrepreneurship and film. Sophia is passionate about literature and is the host of her own virtual book club on Instagram called Favorite Book Club. Moreover, in June 2025, Deadline announced that Sophia is in the process of developing a series for Amazon MGM Studios based on the "Mindf***" book series by the late author S.T. Abby. If that weren't enough, the 29-year-old blond beauty also co-hosts a podcast called "Unwaxed" with sister Sistine Rose Stallone.
Sistine Rose Stallone is a model and multi-hyphenate
Middle daughter Sistine Rose Stallone was born on June 27, 1998, and was named after the legendary Sistine Chapel in Rome. Sistine has appeared in two movies: "47 Meters Down: Uncaged" in 2019 and 2021's "Midnight in the Switchgrass." But rather than her movie-star father, Sistine follows more in her mother's footsteps with her career. She's passionate about modeling and has walked a number of runways since she was signed to the IMG Models agency in 2016. Her mother's guidance has likely kept Sistine away from the dark side of modeling and allowed the young fashionista to thrive.
Instead of playing a character, the 27-year-old model prefers to be herself when she's in front of the camera, and Sylvester Stallone even spoke about his daughter's fiery spirit on "The Family Stallone" on Paramount+. "Sistine, she'll just ram it, full steam ahead and consequence be d***ed," he said (via People).
In the series, Sistine previewed that she has been working on writing a movie screenplay since 2018. MGM has ordered the script, but a release date has not yet been announced. According to IMDb, the upcoming feature will be called "Scavenger Hunt" and is co-written by director Elle Callahan. Sistine's superstar dad is expected to star in the project, but it's unknown whether the model-writer will appear in the film herself.
Scarlet Rose Stallone acts alongside her famous father
The baby of the family, Scarlet Rose Stallone, was born on May 25, 2002. Scarlet is pretty extroverted, but she's also the "clumsy" sister, according to Sistine Stallone in a 2017 conversation the sisters had with Harper's Bazaar. Scarlet confirmed the sentiment by admitting, "I'm not used to wearing heels." Growing up, the now-23-year-old was a sporty kid whose high school track and field accomplishments were frequently shared by her dad on Instagram.
Scarlet graduated from high school in 2021 and is currently studying at the University of Miami, where Sylvester Stallone went to school in the late 1960s. And that's not the only trait Scarlet shares with her father — she also seems to be embracing acting the most out of her siblings. Scarlet even shared the screen with her dad in his Paramount+ drama "Tulsa King." What's more, the college student dabbled in her mother's line of work when she modeled in the Tommy Hilfiger show at New York Fashion Week in 2024. It looks like the youngest Stallone is the latest celebrity kid that has the potential to be a fashion icon!
