Tiffany Trump's Face Transformation, Explained By Our Plastic Surgeon
Any woman who has lived for several decades or had a child will tell you that your face changes over time, whether you want it to or not. And as we know, many women change it of their own accord. Is 32-year-old Tiffany Trump, President Donald Trump's youngest daughter, one of them? Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Raja Mohan from Dallas, Texas, offers his expert assessment, exclusively telling Glam, "Looking at Tiffany Trump's facial evolution, it's fair to say her appearance has become more refined and sculpted in a way that aligns with modern cosmetic enhancement trends." Like how big sister Ivanka Trump's face has transformed, Tiffany seems to have had "several subtle procedures that could account for these changes," according to Dr. Mohan.
He explains, "In her earlier photos, Tiffany's features appear softer, with a rounder mid-face and less definition along the jawline. By 2020 and especially 2024, her nose looks more streamlined, with a narrower bridge and a more defined tip, consistent with a well-executed rhinoplasty." Dr. Mohan even compliments her nose, saying, "The result maintains balance with her natural features and suggests a surgeon who prioritized harmony rather than dramatic alteration."
It also appears that the Georgetown Law grad and mother of one has toned down her cosmetics. We've seen what Tiffany Trump looks like without makeup, but now we're getting glimpses of what she looks like with a subtler hand that beautifully enhances her features.
Tiffany Trump's possible non-surgical face procedures
Tiffany Trump may not have become one of the worst offenders of "Mar-a-Lago face," but Dr. Raja Mohan suspects that she's had some tweakments. "Tiffany's current appearance reflects subtle, layered work," he says. "Her mid-face and jawline contour have also evolved. The cheeks appear slightly elevated and more structured, which can be achieved through conservative cheek filler or fat grafting. The jawline shows cleaner definition, possibly helped by a combination of filler contouring or a subtle chin enhancement."
He also notes the difference in the first daughter's pout, exclusively telling Glam, "The lips have become fuller and more evenly proportioned, particularly the upper lip, which likely reflects periodic use of hyaluronic acid filler or a small lip flip using Botox to expose more of the vermillion without overfilling." (We've got you covered if you don't know what a lip flip is.) Dr. Mohan notes that her skin tone has also improved over the years, pointing at "consistent medical-grade skincare, laser resurfacing, or microneedling rather than surgery." And her teeth? "Veneers or professional whitening likely contributed to her brighter, more balanced smile," the plastic surgeon says.
Going forward, Dr. Mohan adds, "Preserving mid-face volume will be key — small amounts of filler or fat transfer can prevent hollowing under the eyes and keep her cheeks lifted." He would also recommend microneedling, lasers, and light radiofrequency tightening to "help maintain texture and firmness" in her face.
