Political Ladies Who Look Totally Different Without Rumored Fillers
Seeing more and more women as political figures is undeniably a great step in the right direction, regardless of their political affiliation. And with women opening more and more doors in the male-dominated field, we have had an opportunity to see a variety of different ladies explore careers in diplomacy, international relations, and governance in the past couple of decades. And lately, we've noticed that plenty of them have decided to follow a beauty standard recently set by the so-called "Mar-a-Lago face."
Even though the look entails different changes, a common one is the use of fillers, whether to add volume to the face or the lips. Of course, with fillers, finding the right professional and not overdoing it is crucial, and visible fillers are never the goal. "A superior knowledge of facial anatomy is essential to minimise risks," board-certified dermatologist Dr. Stefanie Williams explained to Marie Claire. "With most aesthetic injections, we're putting a needle into very precise locations with complex anatomical structures. Without specialist knowledge and training you can cause actual harm. I have spoken to non-medical injectors who were shockingly unaware of all the possible risks — and in this case ignorance is not bliss." Unfortunately, some of the ladies we see on today's political scene, including Melania and Ivanka Trump, seem not to have done proper research, as speculation about their fillers won't end anytime soon.
Melania Trump may have explored her options with dermal fillers
There is no denying that President Donald Trump's wife has changed over the years. Melania Trump is nearly unrecognizable in one throwback photo with bangs and dark hair, and while some of the changes were temporary, Melania may have made a few more permanent transformations. According to Miami-based aesthetic injector @injectbeauty.us, Melania may have had both Botox and filler done. "A smooth forehead, no deep wrinkles, and well-contoured cheeks — clear signs of well-done Botox and dermal fillers," they wrote on Instagram. "Everything looks balanced and natural, without excess volume." As far as her lips go, if she has filler, it has been done in a very subtle manner. "Defined contour, subtle volume, and no overfilled effect," the injector added. "This is a perfect example of tasteful lip enhancement that enhances her natural beauty."
However, ahead of Donald Trump's first presidential term, Melania denied ever getting any work done. "I didn't make any changes," she told GQ in 2016. "A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn't do anything. I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body. I'm against Botox, I'm against injections; I think it's damaging your face, damaging your nerves. It's all me. I will age gracefully, as my mom does." Whether her opinion has changed is unknown, but there is no denying that the volume in Melania's face and lips isn't decreasing, which is something that's expected with natural aging.
Ivanka Trump's face changed gradually over the years
President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump is also no stranger to change. While her nose looks undeniably different than how it did in photos of her from the '90s, a rhinoplasty probably isn't the only thing that Ivanka explored.
How exactly Ivanka Trump's face has transformed will probably never be confirmed, but board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Frederick Weniger explained to us exclusively that the changes have happened gradually over the years, including those that may be attributed to fillers. These allow for your face to look plump and youthful as they add some of that volume that naturally decreases with aging.
"At 43, Ivanka Trump still maintains a very polished and youthful appearance, but like anyone in that age range, the natural aging process begins to reveal itself in more nuanced ways," he told us in 2025. "Over the years, [her] appearance has undergone a number of refinements that, in my opinion, suggest a well-executed series of cosmetic procedures. Comparing early photos from her modeling days to more recent images, the changes are subtle but telling." Along with Botox, Dr. Weniger, who hasn't treated Ivanka, suggested that she may have had filler in the cheek area. Ivanka's lips have always been plump, so it's doubtful that she used lip filler as well, unless some of her natural plumpness disappeared in that area, too.
Kristi Noem's lips have gained volume in recent years
Kristi Noem's face has transformed over the years, according to our plastic surgeon Joel Kopelman. Exclusively for Glam, he examined just how the United States Secretary of Homeland Security looks different today. "Comparing photos from around 2019 to now, I'd say she's likely had Botox for smoother skin, particularly around the forehead and eyes, and dermal fillers in her cheeks and lips to restore volume," Dr. Kopelman explained to us in 2025. "Her jawline and eye area also appear tighter, which could indicate a facelift or lower eyelid surgery. These changes align with what we typically see in patients aiming for a more youthful, refined look — especially those in the public eye."
While Noem was always a fan of dramatic makeup, her go-to looks have become even bolder in recent years. This, of course, can also contribute to changes in appearance. But over the years, we also got to witness just how much Noem's lips changed thanks to lip filler rather than techniques like overlining, as the politician used to have lips that were on the thinner side.
Kimberly Guilfoyle seems to have some migrated filler in her face
Media personality and United States ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle is yet another political lady whose face doesn't look quite like it used to anymore. In fact, Kimberly Guilfoyle's face has transformed quite a bit over the years, according to our plastic surgeon Dr. Dennis Schimpf. "I think initially she started out with Botox to her forehead, crow's feet around her eyes, and glabella area, as well good skin care. I believe over time she has continued to add to this, using fillers in an effort to improve bone structure and maintain the youthful, desired inverted-triangle appearance from her mid-face to her chin," he explained exclusively to Glam.
However, according to Dr. Schimpf, all of the beauty procedures she had done resulted in dermal filler migration and a look often referred to as the "filler creep effect." To get rid of it, he recommends taking a break from her usual beauty schedule and working on getting rid of her current look. "If anything, I would recommend dissolving some of the filler that she has in her lips and face to give her a more natural appearance," he added. Considering that Guilfoyle had a stunning face card to begin with (and lips that were already stunning), it's safe to say that dissolving the filler would bring some of her natural beauty back.
Pam Bondi's lips look nothing like they used to
United States Attorney General Pam Bondi certainly doesn't look like she did a decade ago. And while some of that is due to natural aging and weight loss, her lips have become suspiciously fuller with the years. In fact, we already discussed how Pam Bondi is unrecognizable in an old campaign photo, and many believe that the changes in her look are thanks to plastic surgery and injectables.
Plastic surgeon Sean McNally explained to the Irish Star in 2025 that while the politician did lose a lot of weight, some of the changes in her appearance seem to be thanks to beauty professionals. "First off, her cheeks appear more youthful, which isn't what happens with weight loss," he said. "I suspect she's had filler or fat grafting to this area to help restore some of the volume lost with the weight loss." Of course, we also can't help but notice that her lips look a tad fuller now than they did years ago, and that just doesn't happen naturally.
Karoline Leavitt's lips have been at the center of attention due to visible injection sites
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was in the spotlight in late 2025 after Vanity Fair published a photo in which her lip filler injection sites were extremely visible. "The pictures show lips that likely had newly placed filler," dermatologist and surgeon Dr. Lauren Moy explained to The Cut. "It takes a little time for swelling/bruising and filler to settle."
Now, one should know what to expect when getting lip filler injections — especially if it's not the first time they're doing them. However, it seems as if Leavitt couldn't care less about any close-up photos of her being taken and the fact that they will now live forever on the internet. "You may notice that on social media, post-lip injection photos are often taken right after the procedure — needle marks are usually even still visible! This bears little or no resemblance to what your lips will look like two weeks after injections," board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Dara Liotta shared with Vogue.
Lara Trump has gained facial and lip volume in recent years
As the wife of Eric Trump, Lara Trump has been in the political spotlight for years. She used to be the co-chair of the Republican National Committee, but she has moved to producing and hosting television shows in recent years. After her father-in-law became POTUS, noticeable changes in Lara's face became a topic of discussion, and many believe she had quite a bit of work done.
After comparing a photo from 2015 to her look in 2025, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Reagan, told our sister site The List that he suspects the clothing designer may have had some facial fillers injected. He explained that in 2015 she had "some hollowness in her lower eyelids, along with more angular features in her jawline and her cheeks appear to be flat," while her more recent look "shows a softer, rounder facial appearance, suggesting that she may have had volume added." Apart from facial volume, side-by-side images show a change in her lips, as Lara Trump seemingly added fillers to them too.
Vanessa Trump seems to be no stranger to beauty enhancements
Donald Trump Jr.'s ex-wife Vanessa Trump also seems to be no stranger to beauty enhancements. Pictures of Vanessa from the 2000s showcase just how much she has changed over the years, and experts believe that some of that change wasn't natural. Gary Goldenberg, M.D., explained to Life & Style that she most likely did Botox to help her with wrinkles, as well as filler to add some fullness to her features.
"If she's had fillers in the mid-face area, it's been small amounts, since she has more significant jowling ..." Dr. Goldenberg explained. "She may have had a subtle lip augmentation with fillers, such as restylane," he said, adding, "I would recommend a bit of mid-face filler and microneedling with PRP to improve contouring, pigmentation and sun damage, and fine wrinkles and lines." Nevertheless, Vanessa hasn't taken her injectables journey as far as some other political ladies on our list, which is why she still seems rather natural-looking to the untrained eye.
Tiffany Trump's lips were always plump, but some believe she added a bit of filler
President Donald Trump's daughter Tiffany Trump always had enviable plump facial features, which is why it's surprising that she seemingly decided to add fillers to her look. Of course, Tiffany never confirmed that she'd had any injectables, but after posting photos of herself on social media in the spring of 2025, her comment section went wild.
"Are we pretending she doesn't look totally different?? This doesn't look like Tiffany at all," one user wrote on her Instagram post. "She needs to stop getting worked on her face. She is starting to not look like herself anymore," another added. Especially after the birth of her son, Tiffany's face looks different from what it looked like in the 2000s. Plastic surgery expert Mark Solomos revealed that it's difficult to tell whether Tiffany has fillers, especially as a minimal amount could make a subtle difference without actually being noticeable. "Tiffany has always had quite full cheeks so it's tricky to say if she's used any form of filler, but I do suspect she's had some Botox around the forehead, eyes and around the nose area," he explained (via Radar Online).
Linda McMahon's face gained plumpness and that doesn't happen naturally
United States Secretary of Education Linda McMahon has been in the spotlight for decades, and while the changes in her appearance have been subtle and gradual, the internet tends to keep all of its receipts — in this case, old images of McMahon. In the early 2010s, her lips were noticeably thinner, and her cheeks weren't as plump as they are today, leading many to believe she had some injectables.
"First of all, what's wrong with Linda's face? Too much makeup? Plastic surgery?" an Instagram user wrote alongside an image of the politician in 2025. While McMahon herself never confirmed any work, it's hard to believe that any of the noticeable changes were natural, especially knowing that loss of volume is common with aging, but gaining new volume isn't. Of course, makeup plays a major role in her appearance — especially as she prefers a bolder look nowadays — but the volume in her face and lips isn't something makeup could enhance this much.
Alina Habba's lip fillers are undeniable
A former presidential counselor, Alina Habba pretty much can't deny that she had lip fillers done, as the volume of her lips has increased drastically in just a couple of years. "WTF is going on with her lips? They just keep getting bigger & bigger. She must go to the same lip injector as Lara Trump & Kimberly Guilfoyle," a user on X commented. Speaking to our sister site Nicki Swift, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole said that lip fillers helped Habba change her appearance. "She may have had a fat injection into lips, it's very popular and I do it all the time and patients love it because it lasts longer since it's from their own body, it integrates well," he shared, explaining that regular lip fillers are still the "easiest and quickest option" and something she could have had done "during a routine skin care visit."
Habba, who resigned from the role of United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey at the end of 2025, has been open about how important her appearance is to her. In 2024, she appeared on the "PBD Podcast," and what she said will probably haunt her for a few more decades. "I don't think I would be on TV or sitting here if I didn't look the way I look. I think I caught attention," she shared. "Somebody said to me 'Alina, would you rather be smart or pretty?' and I said, 'Oh easy, pretty ... I can fake being smart.'"
Jeanine Pirro's face maintained volume over the years
Judge Jeanine Pirro always looked stunning, but it seems as if the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia has undergone some beauty procedures to keep her skin plump and healthy-looking. In a conversation with The List, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole shared his belief that Pirro had some work done.
"Judge Jeanine looks amazing, but there is no question she's had facial reconstruction. Even though she looks great you can tell in her cheeks where there are some slight streaks and minor irregularities which are indicative of a facelift," Dr. Niccole, who has not treated Pirro, explained. "There is also a strong possibility that she had upper eyelid surgery because at her age, her upper eyelids are too perfect." And considering that she may have done all of that, it wouldn't be surprising if lip fillers were injected, especially as lips tend to become thinner and more wrinkled with age.
