Erin Andrews Outfits That Were Total Flops

In a sports world dominated by men, Erin Andrews remains one of the biggest correspondents, and she always manages to look put-together while on-air. That isn't to say that her fashion game is always on; in fact, some of her 'fits had fans giving her the side-eye. On January 11, 2026, Andrews wore a giant black-and-cream fur jacket while reporting for Fox Sports, and the internet could help but roast her. "Erin Andrews killed a flock of emus," a user on X posted. Another wrote, "Cruella is that you?"

Andrews defended her viral coat choice by telling New Beauty, "I wanted something fun and exciting and high fashion, and I knew when my stylist, Daniela, suggested I wear it that it was something outside the box. I forgot I was even wearing it until I heard Michael Strahan's reaction, and I just thought, 'Oh man, this is gonna have a social media kind of buzzing.'" It certainly did, and that's not the only time the journalist flopped sartorially. Erin Andrews has had a complete transformation and clearly loves to experiment with different looks, but many of her 'fits should've been blocked.

Erin Andrews was decades late with her MC Hammer pants

Erin Andrews went the business casual route when she reported on a Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears game in September 2023, but from the waist down, she looked like she was about to bust out The Hammer Dance, made famous by the '80s rapper MC Hammer. Her pinstriped pants were super baggy and slung low, mimicking the parachute style that was popular at the time. Sorry, Andrews, but your stylist that day should've told you, "U Can't Touch This."

Erin Andrews resembled a highlighter in this all-yellow outfit

While having a few pops of color in a 'fit is always a good idea, Erin Andrews went overboard with a bright neon-yellow shirt-and-pants combo for the 2022 Fanatics Super Bowl Party. The double dose of the highlighter shade was definitely a choice, and one we wouldn't have made. Andrews could have just kept either the shirt or pants and worn a neutral piece of clothing to complement the yellow color, but instead, she just ended up looking like a fluorescent pen.

Erin Andrews' white gown needed a good tailor

During Erin Andrews' time as a co-host on "Dancing with the Stars," she wore plenty of fancy dresses, and the white gown she wore in October 2018 was almost a winner. Unfortunately, the split sleeves with black floral embellishments distracted from what could've been a simple, elegant look, and would've served much better without sleeves. And while we're mentally reconfiguring this dress, a couple of inches should've been taken off the hem so that it didn't pool on the ground. At 5'10", even Andrews can't get away without a good tailoring session before rocking a floor-length look.

Erin Andrews' boxy sweater wasn't camera-friendly

Baggy and loose knits were the most-loved sweater trend in 2022, according to a Glam survey, and while they're certainly cozy, they're simply not flattering on camera. During an appearance on Hallmark's "Home & Family" a few years earlier in May 2018, Erin Andrews learned this the hard way when she showed up in a boxy black sweater. The loose fit added inches to her slender waist, and the straight silhouette fell just at her hips in an unflattering way. Combined with her patterned and cropped gray slacks, Andrews' outfit was a mess.

There was way too much going on with Erin Andrews' mid-aughts 'fit

The Y2K era was a time of sartorial experimentation, such as the mid-aughts skirts-over-pants trend we never thought we'd see again. It seemed Erin Andrews was trying to start a new fashion movement in 2007 when she reported for ESPN wearing a head-scratching combo of a white button-down shirt and a short-sleeved brown cardigan, topped off with a chunky leather belt around her waist. We're all for layering pieces, but there was no rhyme or reason to this outfit. Even Andrews seemed to be pondering her clothing choices that day.

Erin Andrews looked like she was wearing a doily

Erin Andrews definitely had her upcoming wedding with Jarret Stoll on her mind in June 2017 when she wore a white embroidered midi dress with floral detailing. While the off-the-shoulder style gave off bridal vibes, the snowflake-like pattern throughout looked like a doily made by a Victorian grandmother. It didn't help that the bottom half of Andrews' skirt was see-through, making the outfit look even more like a craft project. We could totally see the dress reworked into a tablecloth.
