The Complete Transformation Of Adam Sandler's Daughters

Hollywood star Adam Sandler has been in the industry since the late '80s, and over the decades, we've come to know and love him mostly through his comedy work. Off-screen, Adam is a loving husband and father, and one who's actually become rather fashionable in recent years. Well, either that or fashion has become more relaxed, as styling like Adam Sandler was trendy on TikTok in 2022. Now, while we adore the actor, his daughters are taking over the spotlight today.

Together with his wife, fellow actor Jackie Sandler, he has two daughters, Sadie and Sunny. Speaking to E! News in 2025, Adam revealed that both of his girls are planning to follow in their parents' footsteps. "They're both really good kids and they love acting and they're kind of into it, wanting to do it with their life," he shared, adding, "So just pulling for them, want them to have a good, happy life."

Adam Sandler's first daughter was born in May 2006, and two years later, she was the one who revealed to her father that he was getting a second daughter. "Sadie hands me a little something, like a gift," the actor recalled in 2008 (via People). "And I was, 'Aw, that's nice, Sadie, thank you.' And then Jackie [Sandler] kept saying, 'Open it up, open it up.' And I open it up and it was one of those pregnancy [tests] and I was like, 'Woowww.'" In November 2008, Adam's second daughter Sunny was born.

From an early age, the two sisters showed an interest in acting, with Sadie having her first on-screen appearance in her father's 2008 film "You Don't Mess with the Zohan." Since then, both Sadie and Sunny have appeared in other films their father stars in, such as "Jack & Jill," "That's My Boy," and "Happy Gilmore 2." 

Being in the spotlight came very naturally for young Sadie and Sunny, who always looked happy and comfortable in colorful and fun clothes. Similarly, in 2018, they were photographed court-side at an NBA game, where once again their individual styles came through. Now, while they were still young, it was clear that they were celebrity kids who had the potential to be fashion icons.

In 2017, Adam revealed that his daughters often ask to watch his films, but they rarely like them. "So I show them the movies, they demand this, and they get, every time, about 20 minutes in, and then I see them tuning out. And then I hear them, they're nervous to say but they're like, 'Can we watch something else?'" the actor said on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

In 2019, Sadie Sandler had a beautiful bat mitzvah at which Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine performed. "It was the coolest thing, man," Adam Sandler revealed during an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," adding, "Oh, she hugged me so much, my Sadie." Similarly, in 2022, Sunny's bat mitzvah was just as star-studded, with the likes of Taylor Lautner and Jennifer Aniston attending and musicians Halsey and Charlie Puth performing. "First of all, it was the craziest bat mitzvah I've ever seen in my life," Halsey shared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," adding, "As you would expect from Adam Sandler. ... I mean, it was like Coachella." In 2023, the two sisters starred alongside their parents in the coming-of-age comedy film "You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah."

As teens, Sadie and Sunny's style really began evolving, as the two sisters developed a love for monochromatic fashion, clean-girl makeup, and sleek, long hair. In 2023, the two attended the Los Angeles premiere of the animated film "Leo," in which their father had the lead voice role, and for the occasion, they stunned in floor-length gowns and glamorous makeup. That same year, they also walked the red carpet of the photocall for the "Murder Mystery 2" film in Paris, France. There, the two gave us beautiful fashion moments, with Sadie rocking a satin black gown and Sunny opting for a vibrant red one. 

In 2024, the Sandler sisters solidified their status as fashionable celebrity teens. Sadie turned 18, while Sunny turned 16, and while their fashion choices used to be very similar, now each was leaning into their own distinct style. In 2024, they attended a couple of premieres and industry events with their parents, and Adam Sandler revealed just how much they enjoy red carpets. "They've been excited about this night," the actor told E! News at the premiere of his film "Spaceman." "I've been hearing about it for two weeks. 'The premiere! The premiere!' I was like, 'The premiere? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. I forgot about that.' I got old, man. I don't think about this stuff so much. But the kids get excited," he added.

For the premiere, Sadie opted for an edgy leather minidress and chunky heels, and Sunny went in the opposite direction with a bold leopard-print maxi dress. Both ladies looked fashionable, proving that they know how to dress. In 2024, they also attended the Kids' Choice Awards, and while Sunny decided to go with a strapless satin aqua-blue maxi dress and white heels, Sadie once again leaned into an edgier aesthetic with a black minidress with a pleated skirt paired with black loafers and white socks. Both sisters kept their hair straight and makeup simple, giving off a relaxed yet put-together vibe. 

In 2025, Sadie and Sunny Sandler supported their father Adam Sandler by attending events for the comedy-drama film "Jay Kelly," in which he stars alongside George Clooney. With mom Jackie Sandler, the sisters accompanied their dad at the Venice International Film Festival, where the family showed up in somewhat coordinated fashion. While Adam and Sadie opted for black fashion, Jackie and Sunny showed up in white gowns. Together, the four looked stunning, proving that they might just be one of Hollywood's most gorgeous families. 

Now, only time will tell whether Sadie and Sunny will actually follow in their parents' footsteps as adults. Over the years, we've witnessed just how much they have transformed from adorable, colorful fashion-loving kids into beautiful, sophisticated ladies.
