Judge Jeanine Pirro Is Nearly Unrecognizable In Snaps Before Rumored Plastic Surgery
Judge Jeanine Pirro has been the subject of much plastic surgery gossip, and she's undoubtedly one of several political ladies who look different without rumored fillers. At more than 70 years old, her face remains mostly wrinkle-free, and we wouldn't be surprised if she's had a few nips and tucks. The District of Columbia U.S. attorney's face has gone through a drastic transformation over the years, and while Jeanine Pirro looks like a completely different person makeup-free, you'll be shocked at how unrecognizable she is in a pic taken years ago.
In 2015, Pirro shared a snap of her much-younger self on Facebook, telling fans, "Throwback to 15 years ago ... I was off to a fundraising event for a hospital." Another vintage picture posted in 2014 showed Pirro with a hairstyle straight from the '80s and a heavily made-up face. Looking at both photos compared to her recent ones, it's likely that the "Fox News" host's features are altered now, with her cheeks much plumper, upper lip more volumized, and eyes lifted. While Pirro has never admitted to having surgery, all signs point to a possible facial tweak, but according to the conservative pundit, her youthful face is all thanks to makeup.

Jeanine Pirro has been on television for decades, so she's no stranger to sitting in the glam chair. And, while she's definitely stunning with or without alleged plastic surgery, the legal commentator has always made sure to take care of her looks. As reported by The New York Times, Pirro was on People's 50 Most Beautiful People list in 1997, and even appeared put-together after her then-husband's legal issues. When asked what her secret was, she quipped, "Gallons of eye concealer."
Unfortunately, Pirro didn't look so camera-ready in March 2020 when she appeared on Fox News looking disheveled. No amount of concealer could hide her messy makeup and sloppy hair as she went on-air late. "It's like every time they come back from commercial, she appears more intoxicated," an X user wrote above a repost of the clip. This viral moment certainly was a distraction from all the plastic surgery speculation, but with her taut features, Pirro will never beat the facelift allegations.
