Judge Jeanine Pirro's Most Questionable Outfits Yet
In 2024, Judge Jeanine Pirro posted a photo of herself riding a camel in Egypt. And what did she decide to wear for said occasion? A form-fitting tank top, short camel shorts (how fitting), and very high platform wedge sandals. While most of her Facebook fans loved the moment, some questioned the judge's judgement, including one who wrote, "WHAT were you thinking when you wore those shoes?"
This is just one example of a moment that reaffirms our hypothesis that Pirro's outfit choices are often questionable. The U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, who turns 75 in June 2026, has had her share of inappropriate outfits that have furrowed brows, including wearing the American flag on her feet, and bandage dresses that haven't been deemed work suitable, or funeral appropriate. If we had to guess, we'd say it's safe to bet that Pirro will continue to rankle folks with her outfits, as well as her opinions.
Jeanine Pirro wore stilettos and a tight-fitting dress for a funeral
There are ways to be respectful when dressing for a funeral, and they don't usually include wearing a tight-fitting short dress and sky-high stilettos. But that was Jeanine Pirro's uniform when she attended Ivana Trump's service in Manhattan, New York City, in July 2022. Perhaps Pirro's look was in deference to the deceased. During her eulogy, Ivanka Trump said her mother would get after her for her subdued clothing choices. "My miniskirts weren't mini enough," she told the mourners (via the New York Times). She added that the elder Trump's motto was "flaunt them while you've got them."
Pirro, who was in her 70s at the time of the funeral, clearly decided to show off her assets, wearing a dress that clung to her arms, chest, and thighs, while amplifying her petite frame (she's 5-feet, 4-inches tall) with impressively high peep-toe heels. Pirro likely subscribes to the late Ivana Trump's motto about flaunting your assets, especially when they're hard-earned. The former host of "The Five" has shared pics of her workouts with her trainer. On Instagram, she revealed that everyday she has hot water and lemon, which she believes contributes to her fab figure.
Judge Jeanine Pirro has chosen questionable hosiery on more than one occasion
There's a reason why pantyhose became a fashion relic — in part because they're one of the fashion pieces that make you look older, not to mention being out of style. Yes, black, patterned, and colorful tights have had their fashionable moments very recently, but white hose? Nope. They've been on the outdated list since the '80s, and reaching this far back into the fashion vault is definitely a questionable move for any public appearance.
But Jeanine Pirro didn't get the memo. In 2004, she wore them for the Kahlil Gibran Spirt of Humanity Awards, and again in 2005 at Glamour's 2005 Women of the Year celebration in New York City. For that occasion, she wore a chartreuse skirt suit, the white nylons, and dark shoes — definitely one of her eyebrow-raising looks based on the fact that it was more than two decades too late. She was going to an upbeat event for a women's magazine; surely she could've found something a bit more stylish? We suspect that you would never see Pirro in a look such as this nowadays.
Her outfits in recent times are still questionable, but not in a frumpy, outdated way. For example, in a February 2026 Instagram post showing her at work, we can see that she's wearing a very-mini skirt suit, and black leather boots that are giving off "Pretty Woman" energy.
Jeanine Pirro's cups runneth over for a charity fundraiser
In December 2015, Jeanine Pirro posted a throwback pic of her from 15 years prior, adding, "I was off to a fundraising event for a hospital." While this is one of the snaps of Jeanine Pirro where she's nearly unrecognizable before her rumored plastic surgery, it's also evidence of her questionable outfit choices. The key is in the event: It was a fundraiser for a hospital. It's generally understood that dressing for galas in this circumstance requires a refined touch, where things are scaled back and respectful.
Pirro missed the mark again in terms of appropriateness. But her fans (mostly male) didn't seem to mind. She received more than 5,000 comments, including, "Judge, the photo may be 15 years old but you could still stop traffic. Thank you," and "I hope they had a defibrillator handy at the party because my heart just skipped a few beats! Gorgeous, Judge, absolutely gorgeous!!"
Jeanine Pirro's pair of flag shoes didn't wow everyone
This look not only qualifies as one of Jeanine Pirro's most questionable, but it's possibly one of her most controversial, too. She wore this blue bandage dress with American flag heels for a taping at Fox in July 2017. But she also posted pics of her in the shoes in 2016 and 2018, and each time, it garnered feedback that wasn't always positive. A number of folks criticized the judge for wearing the flag motif on her footwear. "Not sure we should be praising this fashion choice while condemning people that walk on the flag. The red white and blue should never touch the ground," wrote one follower in 2016. In 2017, someone wrote, "My understanding from a 90 year old Navy man ... you should never ever wear a dress, pants or shoes of a flag because you're sitting or walking on a flag ... so disrespectful to the men that died for the American flag." Pirro didn't ignore that comment, replying, "My dad and grandad served in ww11. I'm not walking in the flag. I'm wrapping myself up in the flag."
It's not just her accessories that were targeted. On the 2018 post, someone wrote, "Lady, you are a smart gal and you know the law. But you don't know how to dress like a smart, serious, business-like lady ... You always look like you are on your way to a bar or cocktail lounge. And that detracts from what you say. Dress for your age and dress for the job."
Jeanine Pirro's bandage dress was questionable workwear
Well. People had words for Jeanine Pirro after she wore a yellow bandage dress to appear on Sean Hannity's Fox show in July 2016. A few thoughts from the chorus on her Facebook post of the look included: "You are intelligent, classy, & spot on with your opinions, but your choice of dress is inappropriate. Yes, u look fantastic & I wish I looked as good at [your] age, but this is not on-air attire. In fact I wish all Fox ladies would lengthen their skirts and loosen their dresses!" Another commenter added, "I like you Judge Jeanine Pirro but cleavage is NEVER appropriate in the workplace. Your girls are on full display in this photo. If you wish to dress this way for a social function, so be it, but for work? Sorry, I think it's inappropriate."
But there were a few voices that defended Pirro's eyebrow-raising outfit: "To all of the people that are hating the judge's outfit need to chill ...This woman is gorgeous and Intelligent and she is 65, people, and looks better than a lot of 20[-year-old] girls so if she wants to show a little bit, she deserves to do so." A decade later and Pirro continues to cause division, whether it's with her fashion or her viewpoints.
