The Worst-Dressed Celebs At The 2026 Actor Awards

For over three decades, film and television fans tuned into the Screen Actors Guild Awards for their annual awards show fix. But for the first time in history, the ceremony took place under its new moniker, the Actor Awards, on March 1, 2026. Honoring the achievements of screen-arts stars, the gathering unfolded at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles, California. Kristen Bell hosted the evening's events, serving as the first to do so under its new name. A-list nominees in attendance for the momentous occasion included "Wicked: For Good" songstress and actor Ariana Grande, as well as "Wednesday" lead Jenna Ortega.

Though the event's newly minted name caused quite a stir, our attention was fixed on the Actor Awards' red carpet. Last year, Glam profiled the 2025 SAG Awards' worst-dressed celebs with names like Demi Moore and this year's Actor Awards host Kristen Bell at the forefront. This time around, there weren't many repeat offenders on the red carpet spoiler alert: Bell was spared but there was plenty to discuss in the way of dress disasters, from Dove Cameron to Hannah Stocking. With that in mind, let's dive a little deeper into the worst-dressed celebs at the 2026 Actor Awards.

Dove Cameron didn't think this dress design through

Dove Cameron is the type of performer who can excel in just about any role, but this awards show ensemble hardly did the "56 Days" beauty justice. Between the puffiness of her cream-colored skirt and the exaggerated length of her simple black bodice, there wasn't much to love about Dove's black-and-white look from the neck down. But from the shoulders up, it was a different story altogether as Dove stunned in a '90s-inspired wine-red lip color and beautiful brunette waves.

Hannah Stocking fumbled in futuristic finery

It seems the trends of the 1990s and early aughts are still holding strong, as evidenced by Hannah Stocking's shimmery getup spotted at the 2026 Actor Awards. While Stocking's dress gave us flashbacks to Britney Spears' "Crazy" music video in all its green crop top glory, we couldn't quite get behind the star's eccentric styling choices. Something about the tiny purse and full messy bun (which you can create even with the finest hair) detracted from the statement-making, super-shiny gown, though we have to give Stocking an A for effort, nonetheless.

Eleanor Barnes' eccentric ensemble ruffled some feathers

Best known as "Snitchery" on social media, Eleanor Barnes is beloved for her trendsetting tutorials and style advice online. And while we have to applaud her ingenuity with this highly unusual dress choice, it ticks too many worst-dressed boxes to leave off our list. For starters, Barnes' fluffy 'fit literally left its mark on the Actor Awards' red carpet in the form of fallen feathers a designer (and probably a chicken's) worst nightmare. On the other hand, it's safe to say that Snitchery may catch a few more followers for her fanciful fashion at the 2026 Actor Awards.

Tiffany Baira's hot-pink frock threw us for a loop

There are plenty of outdated fashion rules we no longer follow, like the idea that one shouldn't wear white after Labor Day, for instance. But dating expert Tiffany Baira's decision to rock head-to-toe pink for the Actor Awards feels slightly misguided, especially a mere fortnight after 2026's outdated Valentine's Day trends assaulted our feeds. To top it off, Baira completed the look with a cutesy cowgirl hat adorned with sparkling hearts, amongst other designs. Maybe it's all the clearance candy getting to us, or maybe we've just reached our limit for all things Cupid-related this season!

Odessa A'zion's fringed 'fit went totally overboard

Odessa A'zion may have worn her hair in waves on the red carpet at this year's Actor Awards ceremony, but her attire was all washed up. We're not saying she just finished a grueling shift collecting seaweed directly from the California coastline we're just saying it definitely seems that way. Whether Odessa's outfit was a tribute to the seminal television series "Sigmund and the Sea Monsters," or simply a regrettable styling oversight, it landed her a special mention amongst the worst-dressed celebs at the 2026 Actor Awards.

Sarah Pidgeon felt a smidgen underdressed

Now, let's get one thing out of the way: Sarah Pidgeon's tulip-esque gown looks comfier than a cuddly couple in a mattress commercial. But awards-show appropriate? We think not. In fact, it might only be acceptable for the grand opening of an aquarium, given the droopy garment's striking resemblance to a giant squid's silhouette. Despite joining our worst-dressed list, at least she and Odessa A'zion can now become besties, given their clear affinity for dressing like deep-sea creatures.

Megan Stalter struck out with one uncouth accessory

Trends may come and go, but accessorizing with a cigarette on the red carpet is one that doesn't need resurrection from the 1960s. We hate to make Megan Stalter the butt of the joke on our worst dressed-list, but smoking is no laughing matter. Stalter's choice to sport a lit cig at the 2026 Actor Awards feels uniquely uncool in an era where cancer rates are on a record rise in young adults across the globe. But enough of our soap box moment, for Stalter's untailored leopard dress dragged the look down all on its own no smoking necessary!

Michelle Randolph lost the plot in pastels

Michelle Randolph has nailed the art of color coordination just check out that perfectly matched pale robin-egg blue, from her gown to her shoes. And while we loved her dewy makeup and face-framing highlights, we didn't feel the same about the details of her look. We're firm believers that an ankle-skimming hem should show off an incredible pair of shoes, but Randolph's high-low bubble skirt revealed some spectacularly humble heels. Peering out from underneath like plastic Polly Pocket pumps, their conservative design left us less than impressed.

Morgana O'Reilly went off the rails in this odd LBD

A casually styled little black dress is a safe way to try and skip landing on worst-dressed lists, though we at Glam are quick to call out celebs for their cautiousness. While Morgana O'Reilly may have earned a place amongst the worst-dressed celebs at the 2026 Actor Awards for her LBD, she did so with flair. Sadly, over-the-top, sculpted shoulders like those on O'Reilly's dress aren't our cup of tea, whether on the runway or the red carpet.

Erin Doherty's dress had some points, but its color fell flat

Rounding out our worst-dressed-celebs list at the 2026 Actor Awards is none other than Erin Doherty. The strawberry-blond star looked glamorous as ever on the red carpet, though her dress proved dull enough to nab some fashion demerits. The gown's monochromatic color scheme of pale peach, echoed down to her toes, felt yawn-worthy at best. While we can appreciate the refresher course on trapezoids, courtesy of Doherty's sharp bodice, geometry pointers can't spare one from joining Glam's worst-dressed list.
