How Vanessa Trump's Face Has Changed Over The Years

Vanessa Trump has been in the spotlight since the mid-2000s, as she married President Donald Trump's eldest child, Donald Trump Jr., in 2005. But after five children and 12 years of marriage, the two parted ways and got divorced in 2018. Since then, Vanessa has found love again; however, we're not too sure it's her happily ever after, either. In fact, we've already rounded up the biggest red flags suggesting that Vanessa Trump and Tiger Woods' relationship won't last. Nevertheless, Vanessa's love life is not today's topic — it's her face. As a former model, Vanessa was always known for her stunning beauty, but over her two decades in the public eye, some facial changes have become undeniable.

Photos from 2003 and 2024 showcase just how different Donald Trump Jr.'s ex-wife looks today. In the early aughts, Vanessa still had brunette locks, and today she is known for her platinum-blond hair (which is probably more expensive to maintain than you think). This alone has softened her facial features, and the fact that Vanessa is rocking a much more bronzed, tanned look today has also changed her facial appearance. Changes in her makeup routine have been another contributing factor to a different look, as has natural aging. However, some believe that the face changes we see in Vanessa Trump aren't all down to natural causes.

Did Vanessa Trump get any plastic surgery?

Photos of Vanessa Trump from the early 2010s and mid-2020s showcase just how different the former model looks today, and apart from her hair and spray tan, some of her facial features have also changed. The star's lips now look fuller, and her forehead lacks visible wrinkles, both of which are telltale signs of the use of injectables. However, considering that she is surrounded by some of the worst offenders of the "Mar-a-Lago face" trend, we're surprised that Vanessa's face hasn't changed more.

Back in 2018, board-certified dermatologist Gary Goldenberg, M.D., shared with Life & Style what he believes the former first daughter-in-law had done to her face. "Her forehead is flat and wrinkle free ... making me suspect that she's been using Botox, Xeomin or Dysport to prevent dynamic wrinkles on the forehead, as well as crow's feet," the expert explained. "If she's had fillers in the mid-face area, it's been small amounts ... She may have had a subtle lip augmentation with fillers, such as Restylane," he added.

Board-certified dermatologist Konstantin Vasyukevich, M.D., completely agreed, saying, " ... she is not a stranger to facial fillers and Botox. She most certainly had filler placed in the naso-labial folds and upper cheeks. Her lips appear to be enhanced and it's quite likely that she had a filler placed along the jawline to maintain its smooth contour." The dermatologist added that Vanessa also seems to have had a nose job: "I see no evidence of any major surgical procedures, aside from a likely rhinoplasty done quite some time in the past." As Vanessa Trump approaches her 50s, only time will show how much her face will continue to change.
