Unfiltered Pic Of Lauren Boebert's Cakey Makeup Is Giving Pageant Vibes

Lauren Boebert's eyebrow blindness is undeniable when looking at her pics, and the rest of her makeup isn't doing her any favors, either. An unfiltered pic of her standing outside the Capitol in Washington, D.C. in May 2024 showed the politician with super cakey foundation layered on her heavily bronzed face. As a makeup artist with 10+ years of experience doing beauty looks, this is definitely overkill for daytime. Instead of going to work as the representative for Colorado's 4th congressional district, Boebert looked ready to compete in a beauty pageant, complete with tacky dangly earrings.

With Boebert reaching her 40s, she should rethink her makeup repertoire, as opting for a full-coverage foundation with a matte finish only ages her. After moisturizer and primer, a BB cream or CC cream is a great daytime option, and keeps skin looking hydrated. Or, if Boebert wants more coverage, she should apply foundation with a silky finish. The exaggerated brows and spidery lashes also need to go, but it seems the congresswoman has made MAGA makeup her entire personality.

Lauren Boebert showed off one of her biggest fake tan fails during a Turning Point USA event in July 2022 looking ready to compete for a Miss America crown. Along with her usual thick brows and cakey foundation, she had an overload of pink blush, bright red lipstick, and lashes with layers of mascara. Not even beauty pageant contestants go that far with their makeup these days, and her look was right out of the 1980s. Boebert sure is leaning into the Republican makeup aesthetic, but she needs to tone it down a few notches, as her features are completely obscured by all the products she applies.

Whether she's fulfilling her duties as a U.S. politician or hanging out with family, it's rare that you'll see what Lauren Boebert looks like without makeup. An Instagram pic shared in August 2023 showed that she even goes full glam while picking peaches with her sons. Normally, folks don't wear false lashes and heavy foundation for a daytime outing, and it makes one wonder if even her kids have ever seen her sans makeup.
