Kendra Wilkinson's Face Transformation Since The Girls Next Door Is A Sight To See
Reality-television star Kendra Wilkinson entered the spotlight in 2005 thanks to the incredibly successful E! series "The Girls Next Door," which followed the lives of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. After Wilkinson moved out of the infamous Playboy Mansion, she went on to star in some of her own reality television shows, including "Kendra on Top" and "Kendra Sells Hollywood." However, most still know her best from her days as Hefner's girlfriend, which probably explains why many were surprised to see what the star looks like today.
On International Women's Day 2026, Wilkinson took to social media to share how she feels about the comments that she's been receiving about her appearance. "I used to use a light filter on myself, but now I'm just embracing myself as it is. I've seen many people comment saying I've aged 'poorly' and that is ok. I'm ok with aging 'poorly'," Wilkinson wrote on Instagram. " ... I'm happier than I've ever been lately, even with a little weight gain and wrinkles, and I'm not going to tie my happiness again into the negative energy. I am a balanced, single, positive, fun woman who loves life ..." Clearly, there are mental health benefits of having high self-esteem.
Wilkinson's clapback at anyone commenting negatively on her appearance is undeniably a step in the right direction. The star has somehow retreated from the spotlight, but she still acknowledged the role reality television played in her life, as well as the pressure that came with it to look perfect. "I was very young when I started TV and [I] lived a crazy, chaotic 20 years of impressing others, but now it's about me," Wilkinson shared, adding, "I'm now a realtor and a mom of a 16 and a 11-year-old... I'm so beyond grateful for today!"
Kendra Wilkinson has been open about her use of Botox
After Kendra Wilkinson reassured her followers that she is happy with her appearance, many came to the reality star's defense. "People have gotten so warped from seeing injected faces and filters. I'm happy to see someone embrace themselves without filters and stuff. She looks great," a netizen wrote on Reddit. However, while Wilkinson may embrace a more natural look today, she is certainly no stranger to injectables.
In 2016, Wilkinson shared her journey of getting Botox for the first time, telling her Facebook followers that she was "so happy with how everything went." As her career evolved, Wilkinson's take on injectables changed. In 2017, she starred in the play "Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man," and for the project, she decided to take a break from Botox. "I'm actually laying off of Botox right now because it's helping me with my facial expressions during my play," she revealed to Entertainment Tonight. "I'm so excited to be a part of the acting world, I'm actually willing to let my face age."
Regaining facial movement is one of the first things that happens to your face when you stop Botox, and for Wilkinson, that was crucial in order to deliver a convincing performance. The star added that she enjoys seeing how her face naturally changes. "I'm curious to see how I age ... I might just have fun experiencing my aging process," she added. Whether Wilkinson is using Botox again is something she hasn't addressed, but Wilkinson's face does look slightly frozen in the mid-2020s.
