Most of the comments from Facebook posts about the outfit offer abundant praise for the newscaster's physique, which is where the questionability of the look comes into play: If her job is to give the forecast and discuss topics of the day, is her 'fit too much of a distraction from the news? Unlike the miniskirt look in 2024, this 'fit has received far less traction and lewd commentary.
In 2023, she paired the same skirt with a white lace-sleeve sweater, which softened up the faux leather look. She also styled the skirt with a navy boatneck top back in 2024. And in 2025, she wore a pale-blue cashmere sweater tucked into the brown skirt. Not only has she mastered wearing leather to work, but she's shown the versatility of one piece as well.
