Tallulah Willis Dissolved Her Filler And The Before & After Pics Are Stunning

We're well aware that Demi Moore's daughters are absolutely gorgeous, and youngest daughter, Tallulah Willis, has repeatedly shown that her true beauty lies within. The mental health advocate has been open about her struggles with accepting herself and how she looks. When Moore is your mom, who can blame you for feeling insecure when your life has been filled with constant scrutiny and comparison? One of Willis' steps toward self acceptance was to dissolve her facial and lip fillers, and the before and after pics are stunning.

In 2024, she confessed on Instagram that she had dissolved her fillers, saying she was trying to "sit with myself as I am." Comparing a pic of Willis at an event in 2022 to a selfie in 2024, we can see the difference between the two. In the latter, Willis looks more natural, and, if we were to speculate, more relaxed and content.

Tallulah Willis' hair has also transformed, as visible in these before and after pics

Tallulah Willis has been candid about many aspects of her mental health struggles, which have also affected her physical health. And one of those struggles was a years-long eating disorder, which she sought treatment for in 2022. Willis has documented her recovery and its positive implications along the way.

In March 2026, she posted on Instagram about how much fuller and healthier her hair had become through her recovery. Friends and fans voiced their support for the 32-year-old. "Your hair looks GORGEOUS," commented one. Another added, "I love how fluffy!!! Proud of you!!!" And no, Willis doesn't credit any beauty products for the hair transformation, she credits eating. Because yes, your diet really does affect your hair health. Looking at pics of her hair before and after her recovery, we can see how much fuller and healthier her brunette locks look in 2026.
